Same is incredible!! She’s so thorough and if you want, she’ll let you watch with the mirror the whole time. She’ll ask you what you think after each spot to make sure it’s to your liking and is more than happy to do more if you want to. She is super easy to talk to and has a great personality. Used to be a great place until management was changed roughly a year a go… Ever since they barely pick up the phone to make appointments, the new staff seems to be extremely under trained. When I get my chest waxed they miss big chunks and rush due to “time restraints” When I ask for a simple cleanup of the brows they seem to shape them in a feminine matter. Do not recommend.

Last thing I want to hear while getting waxed is about how the esthetician is only getting paid $8.75 an hour… Extremely unprofessional especially from a place charging such a premium for sub par wax.

I am so pleased and happy with services here, and especially with Sam! I had a horrible experience at another salon and when I came in, she made me feel extremely comfortable, set realistic expectations, and told me step by step what exactly she was going to do. Because of her, I once again love my eyebrows and getting them done! Will be coming back to her and to the salon for as long as I can! Service: Waxing

I’ve had my eyebrows done here a couple times. The first couple times were ok, but highly recommend Sam for eyebrow waxing! She takes her time, and really listens to what you want and how much you want off. She did exactly what I wanted and only took off what I had asked for. Overall a pretty good wax experience ( I got my legs done). The esthetician was friendly and efficient. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is the hard sell when you check out. The receptionist pushed HARD for me to book again or buy a package.
