I have ordered over and over again. Giving them benefit of the doubt. The 3rd time I ordered and it was still wrong, the manager wanted it back to see what was wrong. Then the diver refused take it back. Now for the 4th time ordering one of my neighbors are enjoying 3 free pizzas. So to say this will defiantly be my last time ordering from the dominos on James island.

The joke of a manager literally threw my order on the floor with others while I was standing in the lobby waiting then proceeded to cuss me out threatening to call the cops because I didn’t want a cold pizza off the floor. Also the women that works the counter processed to tell me how I should cook dinner for my kids and not be lazy, note it was a Friday night it’s not like I order pizza daily. Over all very very poor customer service. I will not be returning!

The food is always good, but moreover the service provided by the person who delivers our food is ALWAYS fantastic! 9 out of 10 times our delivery driver is “Hildy”, she is such a nice & caring person, she goes out of her way to ensure you always get your order fresh & in a timely manner! Kevin at the James Island, SC location is VERY RUDE and does not care about the customers!! NEVER order online because your order will NEVER be ready on time. I am visiting Charleston, and we ordered a deluxe pizza at 12 am on Saturday. The pizza was not delivered until 2:30 am, and a cheese pizza with no sauce is what was delivered. (I have a photo of both my receipt and what was delivered). Every time I have tried to call them since then they do not answer. I have been trying to get a hold of them for 2 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS.

Worst service I have ever had. Ordered via online app & Pizza tracker showed “quality check” for over an hour. Attempted to call the store to cancel order & was sent to a repetitive voicemail promising I would talk to a team member shortly- only to listen to the same message for 25 minutes straight. This type of non customer service is unacceptable

Made a special order with the folly rd store on line. I ask for touch less delivery and a door knock to let me know my food was drop off. Once the food was delivered I get a knock the drive was holding my food in he’s and and wanted me to sign for the ticket . Once I sign he mumble “oh no tip “ and walk away . Once I get my it and settle down to eat my partner realize that the order was not correct . The order had pepperoni on the hold thing it only had it on half . When I call to let the manager know about. The driver who made my delivery answer the phone he tell the manager this is the one who stiff me . I told the manager it wasn’t professional they the driver talk me . The I explained what is going on the manager he gave me the brush off and kelp asking what I want him to do . He didn’t say what he was going to make the problem right . So I suggested to make me another one . I thought about it I just wanted my money back . When I call back nobody answer the phone so after few min I hung . The pizza was finally delivered but it was not mad right either. The manger would give any kind of number to call domino’s office .I had to call a different store to get a number to call this store on folly rd need to retrain on how to talk and treat customers very disappointed with them

4 orders in a row they have not followed the contactless delivery indication. Two out of my last four orders have had something omitted. For example, If I order a three topping, it will undoubtedly have 1 or none. Ordered a medium with pepperoni, bacon, and feta. It'd been a while so decided to give it a chance... Over half the pizza had no cheese (makes sense that when you order online, one of the questions is "make it cheesey?" because they barely add any regularly) and probably had as much feta as the other You're better off just getting a frozen pizza from the grocery store, because you'll actually get enough cheese to cover the whole pizza Never again domino's...
