Kevin is a great communicator and keeps me posted on any charges that take place and has contingency plans. Definitely a place to use and give your business to. They’ll tell you the car is ready when it’s really not. Maybe to satisfy an inner corporate timeframe? Made us wait over an additional hour upon arrival. At least be honest about your time and completion of work and be considerate of your customers time.

This place is a complete scam. I went there for an oil change they then tell me that my serpentine belt is ripping and needs to be replaced and we’re going to charge $240 to replace. I said no and went to a more reliable mechanic where I was told my belt looked brand new and barely looked worn in the least. Midas also said my break fluid was bad and needed them bled which I was then told by a reliable mechanic that that wasn’t the case at all and told me I was getting scammed by Midas. Midas also didn’t provide pictures of the belt even though they provided pictures of all the other minor ”issues”. Attached is the old belt Midas said was cracked and ripping. There is no damage on the belt At ALL Services: Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

I had to get two new tires put on my vehicle and get a tire rotation. Kevin (the manager) was so helpful in making sure my tire size was in stock. I had my son with me and Kevin was gracious enough to allow me to put my car seat in the lobby so my dad could pick it up. My car was serviced in a timely fashion and the price was very competitive. I’ve already sent my parents over to Midas for a tire repair and they had the same experience. We will be using them in the future.

No cars on the bays got there at 9 Am for oil change. No one waiting 8n waiting area. He told me it would take 2 hours to wait for an oil change because only one guy was working and he would do mine in between work orders(?) I went somewhere else they took me right in checked everything changed oil,topped off fluids in about 30 minutes. I will be going there now.Its just wasn't a good look with not a single car in the bay it seemed I was more of a bother.
