I will never bring my car anywhere else except here. There is a reason why they have a five star rating. If I could have gave them more I would have. I was going through so much in my life at the time, including troubles with my car. I had my car at my Hyundai dealership n the mechanic there just put my rack and pinion on without adjusting it, just plain ol slapped it on, not once BUT TWICE n couldn't diagnose another problem I was having. He just let me drive my car off the lot as is. My car was in and out of that dealership for two months total JUST for the rack n pinion..I went through hell with that one very inexperienced mechanic. I had lost even more faith in finding any good, honest businesses. Anyway fast forward to an acquaintance referring autogenx to us. Ray n his mechanics gave me my faith back in believing there are still SOME honest, reliable, and experienced businesses. They know exactly what they are doing and they diagnosed n fixed my problems immediately. The owner Ray kept Us in the loop the whole time and explained everything. He was extremely fair with his pricing, not trying to rip us off. He was very sympathetic to what I went through with the previous "mechanic". He has a heart of gold and cares about people. I very rarely write reviews about businesses but with all the swindling businesses (especially mechanics) out there, I had to let people know that this is one place they can trust. Thank u to Ray and his employees.

I bring my car to Ray exclusively. He has helped with body repair, regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotation/balance/alignment, brakes), tints and headliner, detailing- the works! Ray is always timely, cost effective and delivers a quality of work that’s hard to find in the sunshine state! I highly recommend him and his whole crew (Renee and the guys are always very welcoming)- I cannot rave enough about finding a diamond in the ruff, an auto mechanic I can trust! 10/10 for me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My experience using Autogenx Auto Center has been great. The employees are very friendly and they are very professional. Their level of communication is remarkable and they are very responsive to your questions and they are willing to go the extra mile to help with your auto-mechanical issues. The only down side is that certain work was unfinished or they miss certain issues with the car. However, they were very wiling and helpful with resolving any issue that they miss. Therefore, I would strongly recommend Autogenx to anyone who has any mechanical issues with their vehicles.

Had to get my front bumper replaced due to an accident. After some outrageous quotes I found Autogenx, by accident surprisingly. Long story short Ray and his guys did an awesome job. Gave me a fair quote and were able to take my car that day. Communicated the whole process with me and even provided videos of their work. This is the most reliable mechanic you could ask for. Ray is so skilled at his job, hr can do anything you ask and beat the dealer's price. Been going to him for three years now, and never once have I been left unsatisfied. Ray always does what he can to make his customers happy from what I can see. If you want someone that's not going to high ball you and tell you something is broken when it's completely fine, stop by AUTOGENX. He can do anything from paint work, body work, rebuild engines and transmissions, reupholster leather, wire electronics, radio systems you name he does it that's the guy to go-to.
