If you're looking to buy a great car with maximum customer support as far making the best purchase decision is concerned... this is your place. The staff at this location is super helpful with the car choice, registration, insurance and so much more. I've been to a number of places to check out vehicles to buy... one thing about all of these places is the dealer trying to make a sale so as to get a commission but here car sellers don't have to pursue. My trip to Car Geeks was...... An interesting one! They say on their website that it is "a unique experience like no other" and they hit the nail right on the head! Let's get into the details: I came from Pennsylvania down to Florida to purchase a 2005 Maserati Gransport. Throughout the weekend I had correspondence on a professional and a personal level with Manny who I worked with. Everyone that works there are energetic passionate young guys who love what they do, which makes it very easy to get acquainted with them throughout the process and see it as more then a simple business transaction. The shop is very lively during the week as I came to find, with their mechanics all working on something. The car had an issue with the battery where it would run out of charge while running, ONLY issue it had. They got a brand new battery, swapped it, as well as replaced a tire they previously plugged free of charge which was very welcoming. Made sure I was satisfied with everything before I left the state line back for home. Brand new oil, excellent condition, paint is gorgeous and drives like a dream! To conclude: These are the kinds of people you can go back to later and they'll treat you just as an old friend back in town. I not only recommend but I appreciate the way that they do business and form a personal relationship with their customers. My whole ride home I was swarmed with people who couldn't believe I got the car I did, in the condition I did, and for the price I did. Not a single place I can thank for that but Car Geeks and Manny! Thanks guys for helping make a young dreamer's dream come true! And thank you Manny for handling all of my incessant questions and anxiety! 🤣

This dealership is the most shady dealers Ive ever had the misfortune of purchasing a vehicle from. After paying cash for this vehicle and agreeing on a price of delivery, they would not have the vehicle transported unless I pay additional funds above the agreed contracted amount. A week later I agreed to cash app them an additional $200, received the vehicle and decided to go for a test drive at which time the vehicle stoped and refused to shift and/ or start. I phoned the dealer to advise and his only response was that it worked when he drove it. No remorse or concern. I asked if they would be willing to pay for at least half of the lvehicle repairs but they refused without qualms. Heres a list from the Mercedes dealer of needed repairs: 1.ELECT MOTOR FOR TRANSMISSION 1033.00 2. COOLANT THERMOSTAT 762.00 3. M OTOR MOUNTS 1062.00 4. WIPER BLADES 120.00 5. LET ME KNOW HOW TO PROCEED ROBERT 780-6174 . MERCEDES BENZ NEW ORLEANS --Robert Taylor Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans I beg of you.... stay away from these guys as they should not be allowed a dealers license. Not even to sell a bicyle in a toy store.
