Last week, I have purchased 2 new service vans for the company, and traded in older ones. Had some warranty work done, with Covid manpower shortages, they still managed to get our jeep serviced and running 100% again in a couple days. Danielle, the service writer is exceptional and is one of the better ones i have dealt with over the years. Have full confidence when you drop your car off its going to be fixed properly!

Not the best experience, car was dropped off on November 7th. Was told issue after issue; originally told the car had no oil, then after proof was provided 1st oil change was completed I was told car had a bad cam phaser. That was replaced then was told the car was still misfiring, was told the cause was because of wrong gas put in the car after agreeing to repairs car was still misfiring. After multiple diagnosis was told a new engine would be getting placed in the car, after getting the car back finally December 20th drove the car 1 mile and check engine turned back on again. After checking under the hood car was not put back properly and some parts were either missing or left loose and no coolant at all. Worst part of everything was never offered a rental or courtesy vehicle at any point of the repairs.. Everything was being handled by Terri & Artie, if i could give less than one star definitely would. Truly dissatisfied & disappointed as someone who works in the same industry
