NO STARS!!! Stay away, you will get robbed. Gino lies out of his teeth, this guy doesn't now know how to do business. They made made my uncle return a truck after being with the truck for a week and told him that the bank did not approved his credit. He returned the truck and wanted his money back, Gino the manager of the store said that the bank does not do any refund when I called the bank to verify this information the bank told me that the dealer has that money. My dumb uncle ended up leaving with another used vehicle. They told me uncle it was a V8 when I opened up the hood it’s a 3.5 ecoboost, this dealer is a big NO! STAY AWAY

Less than 0 stars the worse place ever stay away they lie on the price and I promess a month later the cars don't work at all they refuse to help you and you woul lost your money this guy's are the most unprofessionals i ever meet ... I lost 5k in less than a month the car dint work at all and they tell me to just lost the car and not make the payments but they refuse to help me 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

They they sell your soul to the DEVIL without you even knowing it!!!! They tried to sell vehicles that don’t even exist. They chance the price of the vehicles (they up the price) depending on how much the bank qualifies you for. They lied about the miles and are rude! 😡 Be smart people, STAY AWAY!!!!! Everyone here including the girls out front are the worst!!!

They have two different prices for their cars. They will give or tell you a price,but when you come to purchase the car . They will be like no that is not price for car . I asked the sale person then what is the price for the car . He was like I don't know. I have to ask for the owner. I was so mad 😠. They made me drive for 35 mins for no reason. Please be honest with your customers. Is it not right to put one price on Facebook market or tell people one price over the phone and when they come it's a different price.

This place is a joke. On Facebook market place it said an f150 I was interested in had 87,000 miles on it and when I got to United auto sales the truck had 141000 miles on it. I showed the guy and he said oh it’s a 3rd party doing it. I just drove an hour and half to this place and they do not have a care in the world. Wished I woulda saw the other horrible reviews before I went here.

SCAMMM lied about milage of vehicle and also lied about how much the payment would be. Came out to be $100 more expensive per months. Wheels were loose and almost fell off on the highway. Not a trustworthy dealership.

SCAM SCAM. All I can say is that this place is a nightmare. Raul the person who was attending us was great at first but then he turned into a jerk and crumbled our papers when we decided not to go through with it. They try to get you with really good prices which they do have good prices but.... 20 percent interest... might as well go buy yourself a brand new car at an actual dealership... it was a total waste of our time and I really hope none of you fall for this SCAM.

This place is terrible! I found their ad for a car on Facebook, but it didn’t list the address... so, I called several times on the vehicle that I saw on Facebook (that they claimed they still had on the lot) and I was trying to get the address to go check it out, but every time I would call to ask for the address they would just say they were texting the address right away to me, and never did. This happened at least 4 or 5 times. The next morning I called again, and they said they had the car in stock and they finally gave me the address over the phone. Mind you, It’s an hour drive from my house. So I drove all the way down to Davie to buy a vehicle from them and they tell us that the car was sold a while ago. Absolute Terrible business!! Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience. They were understanding to my odd way of doing things when car shopping. They speak Spanish and English, the process was explained to me and got the car! So simple! I would recommend it for people whom are trying to get a car for the first time.

The best place to buy a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2011 Honda Accord and I had a great experience. Unlike other used car dealerships, the people working here were very friendly, helpful and honest. Car had a little dent on one of the doors and they promised they will fix it and they did. The car is in great condition. I’m very happy to have made a purchase with them. I will definitely recommend it.
