Ordered a stuffed crust pizza for carryout... it was ready in 15 mins. Best pizza I have had from a Pizza Hut since the late 90s. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Delivered about 30 minutes later than was promised, only live 10 minutes from PH. Tried to call the PH to find out what was up w/ my order and they were already closed ( 8:30 on a Sunday). The pizza was cold, hard and did not taste good. Will never order from this PH again, lousy customer service!

The worst pizza I’ve ever gotten. I ordered a three topping pizza and all I got is bread and sauce. No meat hardly at all. Two pieces of ham, no sausage and one pepperoni. And I paid 16 dollars for basically trash. From now on I’m getting my pizza from Domino’s. They need better training on how to make a pizza because it shouldn’t be like this.

People at Pizza Hut doesn’t care about your order. I ordered about $86.00 worth of food at 2:04 today and said it would arrive 40 to 45 mins and it’s 4:34 and we still have not received it and I called to speak to the manager and he was rude and was not going to contact door dash to see why it was not delivered. So someone stole $86.00 worth of food . I will be calling Corprite.

Store closes too early and today I order a pizza with pan crust and got home to discover the order was incorrect. Called the store to see what happened and inform them of the mistake. No one answered. So I'm leaving my review. Btw regular crust vs pan crust sucks. I also paid for the upgraded crust.

This was the WORST pizza I've EVER gotten from a pizza hut! Barely any pepperoni or sauce! I used to work in a pizza joint and let me tell you, the people working in that pizza hut today wouldn't know a pie from a hole in the ground, but I gave it a chance. Wish I wouldn't had, I could've taken the 17 bucks I spent and got a better pizza at Dominos. Bad customer service, bad pizza, if you're on John's Island get your pizza from Dominos!

RUDE MANAGER There should be an option for zero stars. Waited over an hour for my pizza. It never arrived. Was told by the manager to call DoorDash and that they were closed (two hours before posted closing) then she hung up on me. Pizza never arrived and still waiting on my refund from corporate

This place advertises delivery yet every time i call to order food i'm told there is no delivery driver. Every time i order from the Pizza Hut app i get a call 10 mins later that i have to pick it up. I'm fine with pick up but remove delivery as an option. I called last night at 8PM and the first thing i asked was if they had a delivery driver. I was told they did. I ordered pizza for my kids to be delivered at 9:30. Paid for the pizza. At 10:00 I started calling, guess what....no answer because they were closed. I called another Pizza Hut and they were magically able to get some one on the phone right away and i was told "no delivery driver". I informed them i was told they did. They responded "we tried to call you back". No one tried to call me. Huge let down. Will never order from them again. Waste of time.

The Johns Island Pizza Hut has never disappointed me. They are always fast and friendly and the pizza is hot and fresh. I grew up on Pizza Hut, and had strayed away because there was not one close before, but I will not make that mistake again.
