We never order Pizza Hut, we have been missing out especially for this location. The girl who took our order was super friendly and easy to deal with, our pizzas were made perfect and fast. We will definitely return

Ordered pizza from them and it was taking forever to be delivered and he said he couldn’t give me a time on when my order would reach so I called back to cancel my order which I spoke with a coworker to cancel it and hung up the phone.. received a text a hour later saying my order is approaching and I’m not there to get the order so I call them back to see what was going on and why the order wasn’t being canceled and he tells me they can’t cancel my order because it was already being delivered by a DoorDash driver which I never ordered my order through DoorDash it was through the Pizza Hut company and store itself . Very disappointed and will never order with this place every again

This location is great! Our order has been cooked correctly and on time every single time we have been there. And the employees actually smile and are friendly. We now drive to Easley to go to this location for pick up instead of Powdersville, which is closer to us, because the service was so terrible. This location definitely has their stuff together!

We had an order delivered...the order was wrong. We called to have it exchanged for the correct order. SETH started cussing at my child! Out of nowhere. Started spouting off about he is the youngest manager...(what did that have to do with anything!?!) I was passed off to John who said "sorry" but made no attempt to make things right. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

I order from the pizza hut in Easley, SC, just about once a week. However my experience from this order, had my family and I blown away!! Everything was cooked to perfection! The delivery driver was awesome beyond words! Give the entire staff from this place a raise 🤩🤩🤩 Hell of a team. Pizza Hut 4 life!!!

Order delivery- when I asked where are plates. I was told we don't carry those. Asked did u order those ,tried, unfortunately the call obviously wasn't a good connection since I repeated everything at least twice.When I order peppercinnies, I was told in the box ,thanx for the red pepper flake not what I wanted..or ordered....driver was snippy.a big nope not again

The pizza was actually really great! The cheese bread accompanying it was also excellent. The only reason I have to give 4 out of 5 stars is due to the cookie dessert item being burnt. And it wasn't a slight burn unfortunately - it was the whole thing that was burnt, which basically rendered the item inedible. I would still recommend this place though... Maybe skip the dessert option though.
