I'm only giving them a 1 star because they wouldn't take back their defective product. Almost 30$ for a top and I wore it once, followed cleaning instructions to the letter and it frayed really bad around the collar and other spots. I got told nope it's our policy. I asked seriously you can't take back a defective product you sold me and I just got told sorry. I had just started shopping Cato too. I won't return to any location or online.

I enjoyed my visit to Cato in Easley but the cashier was slow and they didn't have as much of a selection as the Cato stores in Columbia S.C. but overall the visit was ok.

The girl that helped me was so sweet. She got me set up with exactly what I needed and was very patient and new her stuff. Awesome place for business attire. :) oh and there jewelry was on sale for so cheap they were practically giving it away earring and necklace for 1.99. I bought bunch.

Love coming in here when my mom needs anything whether it is to look nice for an event or for a party, she always finds what she needs and more. The ladies here are very professional and offer you help if needed. I never feel out of place walking in with my mom and being the only guy in here sometimes. They have great ptices and really good fashionable clothes. If you can't find something in the store they are more than willing to help you order it online and help you out even more.

Everything you could want the prices can be a little high but I always go to the clearance rack to snag my clothes 😏 theres a lady there that's a little snobby but the others are nice. They have a good selection for plus size too.

Not all Cato are created equal. This Cato is quite large with a good selection so has become my Cato of choice. The service is excellent and the sales are worth checking out.
