Horrible customer service these employees Christina and Grace were very rude and wouldn't let a very polite customer use the restroom and this particular customer was wearing a very expensive jacket from there store and a bag from there store as well so she obviously was a very loyal customer to them. Also these girls were talking and laughing behind my back. I don't recommend shopping at this Madewell on king street.

For many years I was a loyal customer and absolutely adored this brand. Unfortunately, every since COVID their customer service has been disappointing at their best. I’ve received a faulty item from my online purchase that I wasn’t able to return at the store due to it being a final sale item. Not to mention constant inconsistent sizing. I do not recommend this brand (anymore)

I like the atmosphere and layout of this store and the selection of items that they have available here. The staff here is very helpful and makes sure that you have all of the assistance that you need when you shop here.

Love the brand but the staff here is so rude and snobby it makes me never want to shop here again. I seriously don’t understand what the girls issue was. She needs to find another line of work. Medium height and brown haired girl. Just awful.

I was very excited to look in the store as I’ve purchased several items online but I couldn’t have been more disappointed. Maybe I don’t look like their normal customer but not the first worker welcomed me into the store or asked if they could help me with anything. They weren’t busy with other customers either.

Friendly staff, clean store. The quality to cost ratio is absurd. You are getting items that will lost longer than other stores, but it’s 3x what it should cost.
