They have excellent customer service at this location and the staff here makes sure that you have all of the assistance that you need. For many years I was a loyal customer and absolutely adored this brand. Unfortunately, every since COVID their customer service has been disappointing at their best. I’ve received a faulty item from my online purchase that I wasn’t able to return at the store due to it being a final sale item. Not to mention constant inconsistent sizing.
