Through the years, I have purchased many things from this store. Sheets, comforters, towels, shower curtains, books, shoes, purses, leggings, and jewelry are some items that I bought. There is variety and good prices. The employees are always friendly to me. One day I was feeling down. One of the employees gave me the nicest compliment. It meant so much to me.

A really odd store to be in the mall. It’s not really a fit with Dillard’s, Belk & Target and definitely drags the mall down with its lower-end merchandise selection. I’m not surprised I never see anyone shopping at this location. Poor site selection.

This has got to be THE worst store I have ever been to. I can't believe that they even leased space to them in a mall. It's like a Family Dollar but with clothes. The most dreadful, horrible looking cheap clothes you've ever seen. Don't waste your time. You'll find more stylish clothing at a flea market and the prices will be better. I seriously cannot believe that they opened in the mall. Someone must have been out of their mind.

Cititrends had a bag policy when you enter the store with bags from other stores they provided a ticket to retrieve the bag, however when I went to retrieve my bag an employee had gave it to another customer. The bag contained a new pair of sneakers for my 6yr old & my purse that had 835$ in it! Understand process & it took me 2 days to receive my money back but the employee never apologized, the managers gave me the run around, I felt neglected & ignored of the negligence an employee did! I love cititrends but I will never shop at this location again for their are not responsible!

The staff including the manager act like they don't want to be at work, they are rude to paying customers. The cashier was not friendly at all when I was asking questions about merchandise. The manager was too busy talking with friends instead of helping customers get into the dressing room. It's a shame that people have to shop in an unfriendly atmosphere.
