Love Hazel! She did my hair like a pro… very happy. She did my daughter’s hair too and it turned out to be so wonderful. This location is the best. Everyone takes their time and never rushes. My whole family goes here.

Today I had my first and last experience with Great Clips. I drew Hazel and showed her a photo so she could see how I wanted my hair cut. She grabbed her big clippers, slapped on an attachment and went to town. The absolute best thing I can say about my experience with Hazel is that when she asked if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed I said “no”. One star is marked because I assume a rating is required in order to enter comments; it should be considered generous.

I checked in online. My wait time was shorter than anticipated. I went in at noon on a Friday and was helped immediately. Kathryn was great! I asked for a layered women's haircut. I was nervous about going somewhere new. I was extremely happy with my cut. She did a great job and was very nice. I will definitely go back and ask for Kathryn again. The salon was clean. There was hand sanitizer at the front counter. They have an area where you can purchase products in the front. There was plenty of room to social distance in the waiting area as well. I definitely recommend this location. 2nd review - Checked in again online. Wait time online was 7 minutes. I walked right in and was seen. Kathryn cut my hair again and I love it! I got a ladies haircut with layers. The salon was clean and everyone was very friendly. I will definitely continue coming to this location and having Kathryn cut my hair.

I went in asking for a trim of 1.5 inches. This lady cut my hair which she when she was pulling my hair, it was so painful and proceeded to tell me that’s just she had “to get the hair aligned”. She used a razor to cut my hair, and it must have been uneven and she kept cutting. She cut more than 5 inches of my hair and my hair is very valuable to me. Even then, the hair is not even with the U shape that I requested. I would never recommend this place to anyone else. You have to cut according to what the client/customer wants. And don’t be saying that there’s a lot of split ends/y shiny hair. Her comments on my hair were so unnecessary. DO NOT GO HERE. Service: Haircut

Terrible haircuts. Don’t go to this location! I’ve never had such bad experiences with great clips until this specific location. I got a haircut, was supposed to get 2 inches off and told the lady once I take my glasses off I cannot see. So she showed me the two inches she was going to cut off. I was ok with it bc it looked like about two inches. Took my glasses off, once I put them back on she had cut off ten inches and gave me very uneven layer. Also room both my children. Again both cuts were terrible and uneven. My younger son had several cuts all over his neck even though he sits pretty still and never had this issue before even when he was younger and moved a lot more. We all have straight hair that isn’t too thick. Probably one of the easiest hair types to cut and three different women at this location managed to somehow butcher all of our haircuts. Don’t take your chances here, waste of time and money… Service: Haircut

Sarah is 100%. I have waited over a year to get in to see her again. That should tell you right there how good she is. Not to mention super friendly and it just shows that she really appreciates and loves what she does. And to be honest all of the staff at Great Clips here are really nice and really nice, friendly and just really welcoming. They make you feel very comfortable to be there.!!!! Thank you so much for your awesome service that's why I'm willing to wait as long as I do just to get to you guys.!!!!! Sara you are worth the wait !!!!!!

Great location, no wait on a Friday evening. My stylist, Courtney, was just amazing, gave an incredible cut, was super cool and knew her stuff, definitely the girl you’d trust your hair to! Had a wonderful experience with her and will, for sure, come back for my future cuts!

I had an excellent experience with my hair cut at this Great Clips location. The stylist was very friendly and she did a great job on my hair cut. Plus... I really enjoy the convenience of the mobile app. The mobile app experience works very well and makes getting a hair cut an efficient experience in this busy metroplex! I wanted a hair cut today, and it was a busy Saturday. I was out running errands so I pulled out the app to check in online and every store close to home had a bit of a wait. But there was a location 5 minutes away from where I was with 4 minutes wait. When I arrived I announced I checked in online so the stylists didn't have to check me in. With minimal wait I was directed back to get started. The system gave them notes about how I usually want my hair cut, so that takes minimal explaining from me.

I had bad anxiety about somebody new cutting my hair, since I've had such bad experiences in the past. From the moment I walked in, Marlene made the process so much easier and less stressful. Not what I was expecting at all. It took no time at all. I walked straight in, was greeted, and she got straight to work. She gave me exactly what I was asked for and put my faith back in hair dressers again. I believe I found my new favorite! 😁Will definitely be going back to her again. Thank you Marlene!!
