will not me returning here, i guess that’s what i get for going to a great clips. the lady who cut my hair was very suggestive that men shouldn’t have longer hair and told me my family would give me lice???

Took my daughter for a cut today, she asked for it just above her shoulders and showed her a picture. She ended up with it cut to her chin and choppy and the back looks like someone who has no idea how to cut hair did it. It’s shorter at the neck then longer then short on top of that?! I think the stylist name was Nicole she apologized and tried to explain what happened but unfortunately it just boils down to she doesn’t know how to cut hair well. I would suggest if you decide to go here make sure you avoid getting Nicole. Also what a lame automated response..I gave details in my review and linked the location. Terrible cut, worst haircut I have ever had. I'll be spending more to go somewhere better from now on. Back of head is uneven and blend was way off. Now I need to get someone too fix it before work tomorrow.

Very bad customer service . Waste of time. I did check in online and by the time I been there , the owner or manager declined for hair cut service and made so many execuses. I drove 20 minutes to get the haircut done . Very very disappointed

I've been going to this specific Great Clips for years. They are always respectful of what I've asked for, carefully check with me throughout the process, and do a great job! Michelle works on Sundays at this location and I cannot recommend her enough. She actually questioned—very politely!!—the style I'd requested and made some suggestions to better work for my natural part and cowlicks, and it made an amazing difference. I specifically returned to have her do my hair several times. All of the other stylists I've had have also done very well, and I'm always impressed by their customer service. I'd struggle to have that much patience! They manage the online registration / walk-ins line well, too.

yeah by far the worst barber shop i have yet been to. There's has only been one person that was able to cut my hair and that was sierra. if you're old and barely have any hair then i recommend this place for you, but if you have even a little self respect for yourself then I recommend never coming here. They litterally do not care for you hair. I went in there at least 5 times before and only once have they actually done it right. I tell them exactly what "I" want and it's like rocket science for them. I tell them I need a 2 all over. just a simple trim and they go out of their way to make my hair uneven and unprofessional. Overall terrible place but like i said if you're basically bald and have no hair just come here. I don't know how they'll cut your hair but honestly good luck. Service: Haircut

Service here has gone downhill. Most of the employees seem inexperienced and have difficulty with even a simple men's haircut, they have difficulty checking you out at the register if they have to apply a coupon or gift card and have to call over another employee, and they don't even greet customers any more and instead let them stand around waiting once they come in until an employee finally gets done cutting hair and then comes over to get them checked in. Even worse is that the manager was recently arrested for DWI, which could be excused, except that she then intentionally coughed in a cop's face after saying she had COVID (search the name Darla McCurry for the news stories). Between the poor service and the character of the management I definitely will no longer be patronizing this business. Service: Haircut

These people doesn’t understand what customer is looking. I showed them twice what I need with my long hair and it’s just adjustment but she just ignored what I’m trying to say as if she knows everything and started using trimmer to make it fast And she suggested 8 will work but suddenly it took off lot of hair and she was confused and started saying like even this looks good all she wants is to wrap the things fast and take the next customer I suggest people to go other salon instead of great clips and there coupons Worst ever

How did this place get a 4.1? I agree there are some really good hair specialists but I think at any given time at least 50% of the staff is new and inexperienced. Also, the rates might be competitive but not cheap. Some specialists don't know how to hold combs, or even use a trimmer. Some are afraid or hesitant to touch hair. I cannot say that I will walk out satisfied from this place in and it's a repetitive dissatisfaction from this place. It's a 50 50 chance. The place is not super neat, and I did not see hair specialists sanitizing their station and accessories.
