LOFT at Citadel Mall in West Ashley is a well managed LOFT location that makes the shopping process very easy and simple. They have excellent customer service at this location and the staff here makes sure that you have all of the assistance that you need. Without a doubt the best men’s clothing store I have ever visited! I was in town for a couple nights and found this shop. Their collection of brands and style could not be better. This is the first time I can remember enjoying my shopping experience, which I typically dread. The service and attention to detail by Gary and George was exceptional. It’s rare to find a masculine shopping experience that is focused on helping me stay in style. I will find a way back to Charleston when supply is running low. ~Aaron

The shirts seem nice however we didn’t have a chance to even comfortably try them on as the sales woman (the one with shorter hair, on a Saturday morning) in the shop was so negative and nasty. Since we arrived, she had a terrible attitude and almost wanted to hush us out of the shop instead of helping us. I have never been treated so negatively before by any retail person and she definitely led the company lose a customer. And when I asked her about her attitude, she didn’t even apologize. First writing a review on a shop, hopefully will be the last! ~Bas.

For many years I was a loyal customer and absolutely adored this brand. Unfortunately, every since COVID their customer service has been disappointing at their best. I’ve received a faulty item from my online purchase that I wasn’t able to return at the store due to it being a final sale item. Not to mention constant inconsistent sizing. I normally like and buy a lot of UA gear. I was so disappointed yesterday when I walked in during Memorial Day Weekend and was greeted with the pride display at the front of the store. During Memorial Day can you not at least be patriotic instead of catering to the less than 1% of the population? The push for “wokeness” is out of hand. Sadly, I left without purchasing anything. Columbia’s store display was all patriotic with red, white, and blue clothing as it should be on a weekend designated to remember fallen American heroes. ~Samual

So I wanted a shirt right and I’m looking for the size and dang, they don’t have it. Oh but wait! There’s ONE LEFT! My size is on the mannequin, a truly lucky find so I go and ask the associates if they can help me get the shirt… they won’t sell it to me. A store that sells clothes won’t sell me their clothes. It’s clear the shirts been on the rack for awhile because there’s only extra large left and the lady told me they were replacing it tomorrow. So I asked if we could just throw a different size on the mannequin for the literal few more hours they were open and NO, absolutely not, that’s ridiculous. The shirt must first be put through an entire fashion show and ironing and a “whole process” before it is blessed with being placed on the mannequin for the 5, beautiful, viewable hours left that they were open before removing the shirt the next day. They also do not sell the shirt online and tried to send me to a different store to get it as if it was ever that deep. Anyways, worst sales tactic I’ve ever heard of, 0/10 in the customer service department. Never been denied buying something that was on sale before, corporate companies man. Took my money to a lovely small business boutique down the street that actually wanted to sell me what they were selling. SHOP SMALL BUSINESSES!!!! ~Abigail

Unbelievable customer service! I have a pretty new Clearwater 9' 5 wt rod (used 4 times) that snapped a middle section 4 days before a trip to Montana. I called and talked to David at this location (I live in Denver) who told me it would be pretty difficult to get the piece I needed before my trip. He told me to sit tight and to give him a minute before he called me back. After a while, David called back and told me he called the Jackson Hole store and found the section I needed (which as I understand is not a common thing). After doing whatever he did, Maggie (store manager in Jackson) overnighted me the section I needed just in time for my trip! Both of them were unbelievably understanding and went over and beyond to maintain a satisfied customer, when they really didn't need to do anything. Awesome people Orvis, keep it up! ~Alex

I’ve never dealt with worse customer service in my life. I received these PJs as a gift that I had on my list for a long time. After one wash, following ALL care instructions, there was discoloration on the top. They said their “products don’t do that”, but after reading several reviews, both on here and on Yelp, I know they do. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone and neither should you. ~Sarah

Through the years, I have purchased many things from this store. Sheets, comforters, towels, shower curtains, books, shoes, purses, leggings, and jewelry are some items that I bought. There is variety and good prices. The employees are always friendly to me. One day I was feeling down. One of the employees gave me the nicest compliment. It meant so much to me. ~Gloria

I have a specific recurring product we purchase from Journey's and the last one came from your store. Regardless if it is of mandate or not to put a personal touch in each purchase, any employee who takes on the adventure and challenge to follow such instructions is a hero for brightening some people's day, in my believe.
