Great prices for trendy clothing. I have been shopping here for 10 years, and not one time has anyone offered to help me.

So I wanted a shirt right and I’m looking for the size and dang, they don’t have it. Oh but wait! There’s ONE LEFT! My size is on the mannequin, a truly lucky find so I go and ask the associates if they can help me get the shirt… they won’t sell it to me. A store that sells clothes won’t sell me their clothes. It’s clear the shirts been on the rack for awhile because there’s only extra large left and the lady told me they were replacing it tomorrow. So I asked if we could just throw a different size on the mannequin for the literal few more hours they were open and NO, absolutely not, that’s ridiculous. The shirt must first be put through an entire fashion show and ironing and a “whole process” before it is blessed with being placed on the mannequin for the 5, beautiful, viewable hours left that they were open before removing the shirt the next day. They also do not sell the shirt online and tried to send me to a different store to get it as if it was ever that deep. Anyways, worst sales tactic I’ve ever heard of, 0/10 in the customer service department. Never been denied buying something that was on sale before, corporate companies man. Took my money to a lovely small business boutique down the street that actually wanted to sell me what they were selling. SHOP SMALL BUSINESSES!!!!

Inaccurate store hours listed, shows an 8pm closing time on Mondays. Stopped by at 7:20pm and the doors were locked.

Wow, talk about order of everything. Prices are excellent. Not at all like the HM's ivey experienced over seas. Pricing was way below what you'd pay for at WalMart. I bought a gown/sundress, necklace and $19. Amazing

The pandemic has brought on Higher prices😣 Industries PLEASE keep in mind, in school on a bubget, pandemic left locals in a struggle (but trying to get back out there😒) Oh, my bad, the local ( those paying tax) AREN'T your target😣. Clothings are visually appealing😊

The male cashier who was check me out not really friendly at all, first he didn’t greet the customers , at least say hi or make eyes contact. Secondly I gave him $20 bills to pay and he was act like my money is counterfeit lol, I do work in retail and hospitality but I don’t really have to check out the $20 bills like the way he is, he don’t even say thank you as well. I have a great trip to Charleston SC , local people are super friendly and polite , but I guess not all of them

H&M in Charleston on King Street is a great place to get quality clothes with the latest styles at great prices. I really like the building itself that H&M is located in as it Art Deco and very beautifully designed and has a wide open space inside and great architecture outside and is also a great historical place due to the civil in the 1960s. I like the clothes here that have solid colors and the pants and long sleeve shirts and the blazers and jackets. You can really get some good prices depending on the season and the sales they have going on. I like they layout and overall structure of the store as everything is easy to find and well organized. The staff here is very friendly and the checkout line seems to move at a fast pace.
