Jenny at the MAC counter is the best!! I needed to replace my foundation with a tinted moisturizer and she sat me down until we found the perfect shade/formula. I was so happy with the products she used that I bought a powder and will be coming back for a concealer she recommended as well. She definitely is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Worse customer service for the name Nordstrom! Called to check if they have Converse Chuck Taylor in certain size. The guy needed the item number to look up the size. Told me to look it up on the web and put me on hold. He never did come back on the phone to help. I waited on the phone for anyone to help but had to hang up after 24 minutes wait. Bad service for the name Nordstrom!!!!

I was in town from Houston on Friday and came here to purchase some cologne. Jill helped me out. She was very knowledgeable about the fragrances and showed me several that I liked. Jill is by far the most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly person I’ve interacted with at any Nordstrom location and I really enjoyed dealing with her. Thanks again Jill!

German Jimenez helps me when I shop and he is the best! When it comes to suggestions and just helping me in general for mens clothing. He is by far the best. Wish all Nordstrom employees were as professional as him!

Doesn't matter if I'm wearing a baseball cap or work clothes. I never get anyone to help me this time. I did lovely lady in the cosmetics department and one person in the handbags. Not sure what's going on there

Classic lines of clothes(especially women's shoe department) , spot on displays, spaced out so you aren't being bumped into by other shoppers. Great parking and access into and out of store and or the shops. Nice point and order dine in restaurant. Of course, prices reflect quality of clothes but limits purchase options for most. Lastly, Nordstrom's very reasonable return policy that has been tightened up to curb rampant abuse is still in place.

Not attentive enough, been shopping there for the past 30 plus years. This time they were ignoring customers (not just me) even though I bought 6 items. So here's what I posted on Yelp about this store and my recent purchase experience: I've been a customer of Mission Viejo mall and particularly the Nordstrom store now for over 20 years now. I've purchased at least 2 dozen pairs of Men's Santorelli trousers there, usually I purchase new sets every 5 to 6 years. My last 2 purchases in 2016 and 2022. I must say that their customer service has been declining after the purchase. In 2016 they didn't have my alterations complete as promised, I reached out to them and the manager came through by delivering my order to my house. Moving on to my latest purchase of a half a dozen pairs in 2022, the purchase process was handled pretty well, the tailor who measured me for alterations was attentive as well. However, when I went to pick up my order, I had to wait for 2 different people for almost an hour for them to locate my order, they said it was hidden at the tailor station. During my previous transactions they handed me or delivered to me my trousers on nice wooden hangers, nicely placed inside a cover. This time, over a week ago, after having to wait for them to locate my order, they handed my trousers to me on plastic, cheap hangers. I had to ask for a cover, which they complied with, but they first brought out a super short cover, then they brought a super long cover (probably a wedding dress cover) that I had to help staple to make sure I didn't drag it all over the floor (and not fall over and break my neck over) I reached out to the store manager and assistant manager via email a few days ago, so far they have brushed me off and have not responded. Amazing how their customer service is lacking now ... Maybe I should look elsewhere for my purchases in the future.

Been shopping here for many years. Seen many changes, but the service and merchandise selection remains tops. It is my go-to place for most things, including gifts for friends and family. I get good advice from the gals in the cosmetic dept (including ample samples!). I like their shoe sales, too. Usually a very good shopping experience, even when I don’t buy anything :)

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday for a little shopping spree and I had the most incredible time. The sales staff understood I wasn’t going to be getting everything, maybe it could even be a smaller sale than some of the other customers, but they treated me the same as anyone else. I ended up getting the most adorable pair of shoes that fit me like a glove and I’m just so happy, I can’t wait to wear them out tonight.
