I normally like and buy a lot of UA gear. I was so disappointed yesterday when I walked in during Memorial Day Weekend and was greeted with the pride display at the front of the store. During Memorial Day can you not at least be patriotic instead of catering to the less than 1% of the population? The push for “wokeness” is out of hand. Sadly, I left without purchasing anything. Columbia’s store display was all patriotic with red, white, and blue clothing as it should be on a weekend designated to remember fallen American heroes.

Very helpful staff at this location today. Keep the staff you currently have. I shop here often and have never felt so welcomed. Under Armour is always five stars in my book and today the staff matched that rating.

Love under armour. Hate their prices but can't find a better product. If I had more money, I'd have more under armour. Staff acknowledges you upon entry but allow you to shop. They are always visible on the floor if you have questions & I personally have never been to a store where two cashiers weren't always on duty. And they recognize ALL first responders (with I.D. when not in uniform). I've always had an additional voice from the staff thank me as I exited. That's how everyone should do retail.

We went there on Black Friday (actually Thursday evening) and the whole staff was engaging with customers, being friendly, and overall just enjoying their work environment. It’s rare to see others enjoy their time in a retail and customer service space. It makes for a pleasant shopping experience!

I just finished up a purchase at this store, and I really wanted to brag about the service I received there from Nyem H. She was so helpful and happy, and made my experience wonderful! She seems like she really has fun and enjoys what she does. It made my night! Also the store selection was pretty bangin'. I usually don't purchase Under Armour (honestly, I don't even really like shopping), but I will definitely go back because Nyem gave me such a positive experience.

My first visit was great got excellent help looking for shoes the day before thanksgiving. Unfortunately when I got home I realized the next morning the shoes still had the security tag on them so I brought them back on Black Friday and got the tag removed no problem. Then I went to wear one of the polos I bought during that same trip and it too had the tag still on. I returned to the store hoping for an easy solution to an easy problem and was harassed because I didn’t have a receipt and “they can’t look up my purchase”. I know that’s a load of Bs because all stores save the purchases. I was treated like I was trying to steal something and made out to be the bad guy. So lesson learned if you shop here make sure to double check everything because you don’t want to inconvenience them if you have to return. Or just go across the walkway to Nike for a better experience.

I took my grandson Christmas shopping. The salesperson was very nice and helpful. When we were checking out I was writing a check. The salesperson waits until I finish writing my check to tell me they don't take checks. I didn't have a debit card, so I had to use a credit card. Other than that , it was a pleasure to shop there.
