Confusing and disrespectful experience on printing services, and not a pleasant one. Do not come if you want them to print something for you other than using the self-service machine. (I mean not surprising since it's such a dying brand...) I was trying to print out a blueprint which is clearly priced at $5.94 on the computer screen the staff showed me. Out of a sudden he claimed that there needs to be an exact $10 charge for "processing fee" but could not provide any written proof of that additional charge. Note that this is a 200% extra charge of the print and even his computer system does not show this option. At first he explained that it is because that I'm trying to print out an academic poster. Then I questioned him on how Staples can adjust price based on the content of print job - then he changed the reason and said that it is just a processing fee for fast processing. With him also boasting about his PhD degree, I could not hesitate but refuse the service and left. Note that he took a noticeably adequate amount of time reading what I gave him to print after I gave him very explicit instructions on size and type of blueprints I wanted - I do not think this is the correct practice of handling customer information. In short, just don't go.

Wonderful experience. Sales rep Rebecca was extra helpful and very patient in dealing with my print job. She listened to my needs and showed great customer service. She has business for now on.
