This location has friendly staff and the store is always clean. All aisles are labeled well and products are easy to find.

When I got home from picking up my order, it was scratched in multiple places and had fingerprints over the top. I went to get it redone and that was even worse. From watching how they treat your photos I can see how scratches were all over my picture! They use their hands to smooth out any wrinkles or bubbles which is insane to me. They guy did not evenly cut it and it was supposed to be 24X36 and it was entirely shorter than that and uneven and had lines all through the photo from when he stuck it on the poster board. Not to mention the first photo they used the wrong paper that I asked and paid for and I only knew that because the lady was talking to the guy about it so she had to change out the paper! I would never go back there or recommend anyone I should had listened and learned from all the negative reviews I seen online about them but I definitely have listened and learned now! Money wasted!!! Didn’t even want to refund me, they just offered to do another one smh this was the Virginia center commons location.

Although I have been a Customer of Office Max/Office Depot for many years and in many Cities and locations, I've found the Store on Brook Road, Virginia Center Commons, Richmond, VA to be my favorite. I have been a Customer at that location for 10+ years receiving Excellent Products and Services. Therefore, I feel as though I am a part of the Family Organization, which like the TV show "CHEERS" - "Everybody Knows My Name"

Store was fine, found my product. Need to hire more people. Only one person in the store on a Saturday morning. But there is a shortage eveywhere so will still give them a good rating.

I've mostly used the Virginia Center Commons location. However, every Office Max I've been to as always had amazing staff outstanding customer service, and is clean and well organized. Jane in print service is an absolute rock star. She has helped me more time then I can count.
