Lousy customer service staffed by young, inexperienced employees with their eyes buried in electronic screens - phones and tablets. Their personal conversation had to end before they asked me if I needed help.

Stopped by yesterday to get a DVI to HDMI cable attempted to get some customer service from one of the employees, seems he was to busy to provide assistance when I asked the location of the cables, he just pointed and said that they were over there. I pressed him and asked over where he then stated on aisle 18, I said I looked their what I'm looking for is not there. He said he was helping someone else and could not help me right now and walked off.

The sales person in the store was fabulous which is why I gave you one star. Your after sale service was so bad that it negatively affected my positive store experience. My items were delivered on my porch! I was told if I was not at home they would leave it in a safe dry space; however, I was at home and the delivery people never knocked or rang my doorbell. I just happened to go out to my mailbox and saw the items on my porch! I made a major purchase and you can't bring it into my house! Therefore, I would not recommend purchasing anything larger than a paper clip from Office Depot!

Bring a bag of Joy to hand out to the employees. Goods were plentiful and easy to locate but the service was gloomy. The checkout gal with pink hair barely grunted as a form of communication while ringing up my goods. Four stars for availability of needed items minus one for the embalmer behind the register.

This is one of the bigger office Depot stores in the Richmond Virginia area. I found everything I was looking for there and then some. The clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very easy to find as There's a lot of signs directing the way. The parking area is huge with handicap parking close to the store.
