Ordered business cards online. Easy! Needed them the same day. Easy and Fast! Picked up in store. Easy! The staff in the store were all friendly and was offered help by several as I entered and as I got distracted and did a little browsing!

Experience was so bad I’m definitely not going to take time to write a review. Will never go to this location ever again in life. They need to shut this place down, I regret that the Short Pump location is closed .

The copy/printing center at the Office Depot near my home gives the highest quality of service. I was in a rush with a small but urgent job. I first went to competitor (Staples) who said they could complete the job and then didn’t with no notice because they said they were too busy. The Office Depot team saved the day. They completed the printing job, even though they were slammed with other work. The job was a photo and resume for an audition later that night. The quality was top notch. Their service was even better. You have a new loyal customer. If you can’t count on a vendor to be honest and responsive when you’re in a stressful situation, you can’t trust or rely on them ever.

Thank you OfficeMax staff. My experience here was great. I ordered a same day stamp, but the OfficeMax at my home location couldn't make it. The young lady at the counter took care of it instantly and i now have a great working stamp. Service is excellent at this location. Will definitely return here, instead of my home location. I have had awesome experiences here. Excellent service and I don't know these people? Tommy and marisa are Excellent? I just saw there name tags but very helpful, shredding, printing, etc. I mean customer service was super good. I'm really confused to see these other reviews. My niece went there and experienced good service as well and she is 19 years old, I'm 40.

Went in to get 5 items printed. Customer service rep was more about debating me than helping me. Every time I come to the print shop the person working is rude. Maybe it’s because of my skin. Because I have seen them turn around and laugh with the very next person in line who resembled them.

I just called and had to wait a long time to talk to someone only to find you can't get a simple lamination done while there but have to return 24 hours later!! Quick they are NOT!!
