They shipped a package without my materials in it. Recipient got an empty box. Have done nothing to remedy it after a store visit, a phone call from management and another call to the store. Either incompetent or negligent unfortunately. Still pursuing remedy 3 weeks later. Ship somewhere else. I recommend the shop near Elwood Thompson’s.

I usually have great experiences at this store because I can print and ship all labels since ups and usps ship from there. Today was not the day, they had two staff that was Untrained on SCANNING PACKAGES??? I have gone to this location and done this exact thing 50 plus times and they are now saying they don’t give receipts for usps when I know that is not the case. The first man that helped me was fine and seemed to just not know and the second guy was claiming that that is also not the case with a rancid attitude even when I explained I was asking for the tracking to be updated in usps I just want proof that UPS is in possession of it. Which they have consistently done for me before today.

I shipped a package for my niece that's has candy to Florida I paid 145 dollars to be shipped next day. Package didn't get there until Monday evening and all melted. They did not tell me it's not guaranteed to get there or anything like that. I would've paid more for next day And also i went to a ups store not a usps they transfered it to them somehow not sure how but I paid alot or money for next day so be careful and get as much details before u send something at that location. And the only thing they can do if offer me discount on next time I ship why would u think I will be back to u guys go ship anything when employees don't care n communicate with you...no thank you I'll stick to fedex

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Spent $100 for over night shipping, then an extra $10 to have the driver redeliver it when they took it to the wrong address. An entire week later I don't have my package. I HATE UPS

I advise people to look elsewhere for services. When we went (first week of June 2022) to get a form notarized, there was a line nearly out the door, due to an employee who didn't know what they were doing frequently asking for assistance from colleagues. We later received a scan of the form from the entity rejecting it - the notary DID NOT SIGN THE FORM. You will notice that besides applying the seal, that is not only their only job, and in fact the entire point of having a notary. I greatly appreciate the owner's response to this review, and edited it to soften the tone.

Went there to have 200 page document printed. After paying for the job and getting home, found that it only printed odd number pages. Will have to go back and ask for a refund or reprint at no charge.

This is my third visit to this location. I've never had an issue before but today's visit was exceptionally impressive. The gentlemen here were super bubbly and eager to assist. I even got offered a seat due to my growing belly. Thanks for being kind.... customer service like this soothes my social anxiety 😅

I still haven’t been paid after working. I’ve emailed and contacted the general manager to see what’s going on. I get no answer or email reply and when I did get a email back, he lied. He claim he put my little hours in and I should receive my money… it’s been 4 weeks and I still haven’t gotten it. Yes, I quit! That doesn’t give u the right to hold money I worked for. They go against the labor laws on weekends and think buying you lunch in replace of your mandatory lunch by law will suffice. If u complain it’s a problem. It’s more I could say but I won’t unless I don’t get my money. Where is my money?

Parking is nearly impossible here. Associate told me my provided address was wrong even though it was a specially formatted address from the government with specific instructions for UPS mailing. Price was high and did not provide any alternative options. For once I’d have to recommend using USPS instead.

I have been to this location before and they have done an okay job. However I came in yesterday on a Saturday afternoon and there was a female worker there who was unhelpful and rude. She did not greet me and appeared to not be familiar with the system, trying to charge me more until her coworker (who was helpful!) corrected her. Then an older woman came in next to me trying to ship a package and both of the employees were straight laughing and snorting at her for seemingly nothing. I had to wait on the female worker to stop laughing so that she could finish my simple shipping request. I really try to give people the benefit of the doubt but I don’t think I will be back to this location.
