Worst post office ever! The staff there are not up to par and they do not know how to talk to their customers. The staff, need to look up the definition of customer service. From management down to the carriers they are insane. I am ready to move my family at this point. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I was there today to renew my passport. Ms.Marci was alone working the passport line and the line was long. When I tell you, she held it down and was very polite, apologetic and professional, I cannot make it up! She made sure to tell everyone who walked in that she will get to them as soon as she could. People started to argue and she handled the situation very well. She made sure to tell everyone the right documents to complete and tried to help everyone as fast as she could. She got the line down within a good 30 mins that I was there. The best part about it was She smiled the whole time. Thank you Marci for your customer service. It made a difference to me today!

One of the best postal staffs I've experienced. Having moved around quite a lot I use the post office to ship my troops care packages all the time. The staff was friendly, quick, and very helpful. There was a decent line but they were able to process it quickly.

Not the best post office around let's just say that. I do ebay and a few of my packages didn't get delivered one time to the customer. I opened up a case online and the lady called me. The lady made up some story and said all the packages leave the facility at the end of the day. To me it sounded like they lost it. I go inside sometimes and the guy working there is very rude and grumpy. I try to avoid this post office when I can.

I had an passport application here. It went very fast and smoothly. The lady who took my application was very professional and also friendly. The place itself was also nice and clean. It was an extremely pleasant experience.

I recently renewed my passport and my childs. Marcia was wonderful to work with! I was waiting on the wrong area and she noticed my paperwork and asked if I was there for a passport and if so to stand near her. She was working alone but very knowledgeable, fast, efficient, professional and friendly! Her manager asked her to go work the regular line as she was finishing up with me. Another passport customer was waiting- who knows if she had to ask them to wait longer but the fact that she was asked to stop passports to go work the regular line was interesting. There were at least 2 other workers at the regular line area so I don’t know. Nevertheless, Marcia was fantastic and appeared to enjoy her job as she did it well!

We had a passport application here. Mr. Bruce is very nice and professional, Everything went well and fast. It only took him less than 30 mins to process my husband and daughter's passport, my appointment is supposed to be 02:45 pm but we came in early and we're done by 02:35.

I had a passport appointment at another location that was canceled without giving us any prior notice. We came to this location on whim hoping they would help us and to my surprise they did!!! All of the employees were great: very friendly and helpful.

Mail carrier continuously places neighbors mail in my mailbox. Also a recent package delivered to their location by UPS went out for delivery to my address on April 25, 2021 and they delivered to my neighbors front door although on the tracking information it states it was left at my front door but a rep at their location provided the address where the package was supposably left, although my neighbor never saw it and she travels so no telling who may have picked it up. They need to be super careful especially if it is expensive merchandise. Not very happy about this at all.

So many time when I order my items. Post office always lost it during delivery or deliver it in a different mailbox. They don’t care about people package. I order some mask and the post office deliver it in a different apartment when I go there to ask about my package , the manage ask me to leave my name and phone number also the tracking number , so they will call as soon they get it back from where the deliver it. I don’t understand, while my address and my name is correct in the package what kind of mistake is that. I was very mad. I went there 4 time to ask for My package keep telling me to wait . I don’t know how long. Still waiting For the response from the company I order my mask to give me my refund almost 1 month now no respond. They need to pay attention when delivering people package. Please this is not fair . We trust u for our package this is a disappointment.
