Never open. Can't get my mail on time. Incredibly frustrating. They should be open until 5pm like every other post office especially if they are going to be closed between 12-1pm.

Literally never open. How can I pick up a package when I work until 5 and they close daily at 3?

The new lobby worker is slow and rude. She does not ask for the next person in line if they need help and when asking for a package she doesn’t want to take the time and always look or does a quick glance instead of actually moving items to check. She also takes her slow sweet time to help people and wait on them. This has happened several times since she has started...very disappointed

Clerk was very argumentative and insinuating that I was making up a story about 2 packages being stolen from Alex Bay Post Office about 8 or 9 years ago because I couldn't afford insurance at the time. I explained that the Post Master General had called me and after an investigation, they discovered that the packages had never left the Alex Bay Post Office. She was very defensive and annoyed and acted like I was crazy for believing that. I lived it. I know what happened.

So far our experiences with the Redwood post office have been pleasant and far superior to those of other post offices we have worked with much farther from this area. Very friendly interactions.
