The new lobby worker is slow and rude. She does not ask for the next person in line if they need help and when asking for a package she doesn’t want to take the time and always look or does a quick glance instead of actually moving items to check. She also takes her slow sweet time to help people and wait on them. This has happened several times since she has started...very disappointed ~Heather
