Worst gym I’ve ever belonged to. Equipment is often dirty or broken, the gym is exceedingly crowded, and there are very few benches available for free weights. The hand sanitizers and paper towel dispensers are always empty. A lot of the equipment is worn (handles ripped or missing, ripped seats, etc.) Only a handful of kettlebells. The pool is tiny and always occupied. Very few water fountains. Finally, the main gym is CARPETED so it smells like the butt-sweat of a thousand meatheads.

This place is clean, New and in a very easy location. The team who works here are great people. I would say the best LA fitness in Northern VA. They must accept that they do not take care of the equipment ,they need to report this to the maintanance team.

Great gym, staff was super welcoming and answered all my questions. Gym was clean. Glad i signed up looking forward to starting my fitness journey at LA Fitness! Big S/O to the GM great guy!

I have been going to La fitness for a long time now, the consistency and effort the recent staff has put has been exceptional, Tyler is a great district manager, and puts in the effort to get to know members and works hard for the whole team. Wahib the general manager is exceptional with members and customer service, highly recommend this gym.

Awesome facility! The staff is remarkably kind and respectful. I came in for a tour and a gentlemen known as the GM Aladdin did not let me down. Besides showing me their huge free weight section and their basketball court, he also took time to help me set up a goal timeline with the personal training director Carl and I’m officially starting on a new path this upcoming Monday for my first personal training session with Jeena I think. So far this facility has earned my business as a new member for life. If you haven’t been to an LA Fitness, I suggest giving this location a call and ask for Aladdin to schedule a tour.

This LA Fitness ROCKS! We come from falls church ( about 20 miles away to work out. Always cool (temp) and clean. With no waiting for equipment. Staff is always helpful and welcoming. Zumba instructors are top notch.

I have been a member since 1994, I like LA fitness. This gym has several amenities. In recent days I have been noticing the equipments are getting old and they have been neglected. The second concern I have is with hygiene. Over all so far I’m a loyal customer. But there is a CompTIA out there and LA fitness should take it seriously.

Not great. Staff is often rude and dismissive. Place is always overcrowded. Never an open bench. More equipment could be added if they rearranged the existing ones and got rid of the lesser used machines. I would choose a different gym. It's strange because it seems they are trying to appeal to everyone instead of picking between dedicated lifters or casual goers. They end up failing both. The entire upstairs is cardio machines and less than 1/4 of them are ever used at once. Cut the fat and it would be a good choice. Currently it is not. Not to mention the predatory practice of la fitness to squeeze as much money out of customers as possible. Far better choices out there.

I love this gym. I’ve been a member for the last 6 years and so. Most of all the staff is very friendly and the location is convenient. Specially the new guy who is cleaning this gym is such an amazing and full of energy! Keep up the good job Jenson!!

The LA Fitness on Heneska Loop is amazing!! I've been many different facilities but this is one of the best. LA fitness itself has amazing deals on memberships and it's the sign-up is simple and quick. I highly recommend getting a membership with Wahib, he made setting up my account super easy and always helps me when I have questions regarding my membership, definitely ask for him!!
