if you are planning on buying skate stuff please go to subsect downtown a place that actually cares about their community, Zumiez is not a place to go if you want to actually support SKATING.

Amazing customer service! Which doesn’t exist anymore. from the second we walked in they greeted us with a friendly smile. We received a ton of advice on a longboard purchase which we have been contemplating for quite some time now. And all of the employees have been very friendly and helpful! Chef was great to work with!

I absolutely love Zumiez! They have a wide variety of clothing options for men/women and girls/boys. They've got a skateboard section in the back. They've got jewelry and one of my personal favorites Gold Gods TM*. I've spent at least a good $2.5k at this store and I've loved every single experience here. This is my first stop in the mall and I usually spend all the money that I had for shopping here. I know its sad but you just can't go wrong with their style options. Go shop here and you won't be disappointed!!

Staff at this store are always excellent. I thibk they are the best staff in the entire mall. Super friendly and helpful and always lots of fun. I have never had anything but a great experience here. I know nothing about skating, but they always help me figure things out when I'm picking up something for my son.

Not normally one to go into a stake shop, but my girlfriend has been looking for blue vans and saw a pair she wanted. So glad we went, Trevor was incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable and helped us both find pairs of shoes that fit perfectly!

Alyssa the manager is really cool, she told me she`s gonna get her hair died pink and she wants to take a picture with me. They built my board without question for free. The employees are nice people to talk to.

My most recent visit to this store was my best experience by far. The environment of this store is definitely changing. The employees seemed less judgemental and they we're all very friendly. Great place for trendy teens and also skateboarders.

I came in looking for black and white checkerboard slip on Vans in a half size, which they not only had (half sizes are hard to find in certain areas and I don't like ordering online when I go to a brick and mortar store), but each of the employees were very helpful and attentive to their customers. In particular the cashier. She knew a lot about the products, and the shoes I was purchasing, and described an overview of what to expect for short and long term wear and how they'll go over time, as well as recommending what to do with sizing options from the point of view of initial wear to having them for a while. I would absolutely come here again next time I'm in the market for Vans of any kind.
