I will not return to this location for a variety of reasons. This store the shelves are always bare.. the store either has to many customers ( that shouldn't be a problem ).. they don't get enough products ordered to stock the shelves, they don't have the staff to handle the business, or the staff is not managed or trained correctly. It doesn't matter what day or what time of day, the shelves are pretty bare, and I end up going over to Walmart for the items I couldn't get, like MEAT. The staff always seem to have their loaders right in front of the produce, and rude customers. I have shopped aldi's for years in many states, and I have to say that this ALDI'S is the WORST Aldi's ever. Carrollton, TX is WAY bigger than this city, and they never had these issues. Manager here doesn't know how to order for the customer base that is here, and explains alot. Don't go here folks if you need to do your families shopping, you will be very disappointed for sure.

I'd give this store zero stars. Store shelves consistently bare, customer service is worthless, and it doesn't matter what day of the week or time of day its the same lousy experience. I have been a long time Aldi's customer, and this bar none is the worst store I've ever had to shop in. I have shopped in Wisconsin, Missouri, Colorado, and Texas, and this store is by far the worst managed, run and less stocked store I've ever been in. The store is very small so there is not room for the volume of customers its has, and with employees trying to stock with their pallet jacks at mid afternoon is just terrible timing. I will not recommend, and will drive to a much farther location as they all can't be this terrible. This store is consistently out of basics, like milk, juice, eggs and meat. No chicken to be had ever. The clerks most don't say a word, just overall messy store, and terrible customer experience.

Great place to shop especially garden veggies. Lower price for more, oh and their veggies aren't rotten in the middle when you cut them open like another store.

My first time in the store, I noticed helpful customer service but over the last few months have noticed a significant decline in customer service. Will not return until something changes.

4 stars for products and prices 1 star for recently for a year or so you have to wait around 15 minutes or so just to pay, as there is always one cashier while seeing staff roaming around the floor.

Longtime Aldis customer...from all parts of the midwest..everyone blames Covid for everything , but enough of that BS...at this store the shelves are always bare.. the store either has to many customers ( that shouldn't be a problem ).. they don't get enough products ordered to stock the shelves, they don't have the staff to handle the business, or the staff is not managed or trained correctly. Probably the latter... Not the touted German efficiency that they have lauded so proudly...

This is a great Aldi! We have been happy with the produce and nice selection overall! It has been updated on the inside and is nice. Don't forget to bring your reusable bags or a quarter for a cart!
