Looked on their website for an item that was said to be in stock. Went to the store, looked around for the item for awhile, couldn’t find it, so I looked for a store associate. Couldn’t find an associate for about 5 minutes; finally saw a guy come from the back and politely asked if he knew where the item was. He took awhile to answer the question because he was on the inventory scanner, but looking at something else. He finally answered and told me two places that the item might be; i thanked him. Couldn’t find the item in either of the two places, so I went upfront and asked again if he could help me because I was having a hard time. Again, him and another store associate (a woman) just kept pointing me in directions. My point is…no one was able to walk me over to help me at all, just finger pointing.

Not sure about the other shifts, but the shift that works around 7 PM do nothing but sit on their phones and are rude to costumers. Wouldn’t return.

I placed an order for programs for my sister’s memorial service and before I left I had them print a sample which was wrong. I showed them the correct order and the young lady preceded to print the programs in the wrong order after I left. No one ever called me to let me know they were wrong and no one told me they were wrong when I called to check on the order.

And also, maybe due to unqualfied and unprofessional staff, which referes to the store's management, not the employees. So, if u can, try to get the service from another store instead of this one. As an example; the printers were out of order, the available employees could not or would not help, the main person on lunch break and even after 1 hr wait, he wouldn't be interested to help me.

I bought a desk and they were super helpful with trying to get it into my car. It didn't end up fitting, but they were helpful in exchanging it to have the desk delivered instead. Overall just really great customer service.
