Best school supply store in Fredericksburg, Virginia (VA) 2024

Looked on their website for an item that was said to be in stock. Went to the store, looked around for the item for awhile, couldn’t find it, so I looked for a store associate. Couldn’t find an associate for about 5 minutes; finally saw a guy come from the back and politely asked if he knew where the item was. He took awhile to answer the question because he was on the inventory scanner, but looking at something else. He finally answered and told me two places that the item might be; i thanked him. Couldn’t find the item in either of the two places, so I went upfront and asked again if he could help me because I was having a hard time. Again, him and another store associate (a woman) just kept pointing me in directions. My point is…no one was able to walk me over to help me at all, just finger pointing. ~Jasmine

While the store appeared dirty, the great selection is worth a visit. As you would expect, most of the products are not quality, but still a great value for the low price. The staff was very friendly. When the registers became crowded, a third cashier materialized from thin air. ~J.
