Been here twice (so far) once for Trivia Night and the other time was just for a bite to eat. Both times I was met with amazing service and just as amazing food! The establishment was clean and welcoming. Trivia Night was a blast, both the fellow participants and the DJ were enthusiastic and friendly. I would attend again. I’ve never been a big fan of grilled cheese-type dishes/sandwiches in general, but the way they make there’s, certainly has me craving for more. To add, the sauce they serve with tots and the funnel cake fries are amazing!!! All in all, a wonderful place to dine at, and be sure to check out their website for the various events they host. ~Ky

Ledos used to be a go-to but they definitely fell off, idk if they changed the recipes or what but I had to stop ordering from them. I recently gave them a chance again only because there wasn’t many options to order on New Years Eve, I just had a small plain cheese pizza and it was actually pretty good which is why I was inclined to give them another try tonight. But like I remember from before, the pizza now taste like it’s missing important ingredients again. Tonight I asked for my pizza well done, and it wasn’t, so I put it in the oven for 10+mins and the crust would not get crispy or dark. Overall the pizza was gross and was confirmation why I stopped ordering from there. I also ordered a baby spinach lettuce for backup cus how can you go wrong with salad…it was edible after I pulled out all the nasty shriveled soggy pieces. Never again! ~Nya

Wish we knew before now! A week ago, my wife and I dropped our 2019 Hyundai Tucson off at the Pohanka Hyundai Service Center of Fredericksburg to have a new transmission, catalytic converter, new tires, and an exterior air filter installed, as well as pick up a rental vehicle to drive while waiting for our personal vehicle. Our whole experience was wonderful!!! Mr. Ryan was very professional, knew his products and services, was very courteous and very patient. He did not show any intention of trying to price gouge us or push more on us than we needed. I even noticed while we waited our turn, he gave every customer the same level of customer service. That is impressive! This is a true example of stellar customer service. We both have worked over the years with the public, up close and personal and via the telephone. When you can speak to everyone and deliver the same exceptional level of service, that is evidence that you have mastered your craft. Kudos to Mr. RYAN. BEST we have found for regular maintenance and repairs! We have been regular customers since 2016, having had oil changes, maintenance, radiator, and brake work on our 10 year old truck. We have been very well pleased with the service, value, and friendly staff! Even though they are quite busy, they are very hardworking and get customers in and out as quickly as possible, even the owner, Jim, is out there working and supervising with the crew! On September 29 the 2021,pay full price $800 plus for a new set of tires. Got 3 tires that are manufacturer on 2018 and 1tire in 2020. Called to express dissatisfaction and was told they will never sell tires more than 4 years old. The guy told me the tires are safe and perfectly stored. I expressed my concerned on safety and they seems ignore it. I am told that I'm not qualify for the 90 daybuy and try guarantee because of I complained about the manufacturer fate of the tire. THIS IS A BIG MISTAKE THAT I GOT NEW TIRE FROM THIS DISHONEST STORE. Costco with never give you old stored tires. I am a very unhappy and angry customer. People...Do you own judgement. Today is Oct 5th 2021. Had car inspection on September 29th 2021 and was told to replace the fours tires in order to pass the inspection and we did. The tires were 2018 and already mentioned and had not being solve yet. Still waiting for the new sets of tires that the manager Jason told me he ordered them and will not know the date if the tires manufactured date until he received them. The car had been sitting in the garage since we drove back from Firestone for state car inspection, wheel alignment and car replacement. Until yesterday night Oct 4th 2021 went to pick up pizza which is 6.1 miles away. There is a very strong oil smell came from the vent and getting stronger as the car speed. When the Ac is off, the oil smell is less. We felt something wrong. When we get home, we pop the engine hood and shocking found there is no oil cap and oil had been splashing and spilled all over the engine. We look around and found the cap is sitting in the opening crack of the engine. I told Firestone manager Jason about the incident. He deny the wrong doing and he insisted the technician never touch the oil cap. I said you didn't even check with your technician before you deny everything. He even blame the person who did the oil change that left the cap off. My husband who did the oil change and it's been months. Firestone is the last one who work on my car. I told him if the cap is off for months, the whole engine should be covered by oil and the engine might already shut down. This is the most ridiculous excuse from Jason. He kept deny the wrong doing and nothing I can do. I don't know if the spilled oil cause any damage to the engine. Firestone is a very dangerous and dishonest place to get your car service. STAY AWAY! ~N

I cannot say enough about the care and support received by the Goodyear team in Cosner’s Corner! Each interaction with Goodyear-from online scheduling to final receipt- exceeded my expectations. Keith, Ken, and my amazing female mechanic were empathetic to my vehicle needs and empowering. Tires were evaluated and replaced- all in under two hours. After looking at big screen TVs for the last three years, I finally purchased an 85 in Samsung TV on Saturday at the big screen store in Fredericksburg Central Park . The sales guys were knowledgeable, friendly and engaging in helping me make the right decision for my purchase. No high end sales pressure or trying to upsell a TV or device that I did not want or couldn’t use . These guys were all about customer service and helping you make an educated decision!!!! On Wednesday, Ro & Tyrell were my installers and theses guys were great!!!! I received a call about 45 minutes prior to their arrival and they were on time. Both of my installers were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining what they were going to do. Installing the TV took about 30 minutes and these guys even offered to program the TV for me. I could not have asked for a better group of installers like Ro & Tyrell. Altogether the experience of purchasing the TV and having it delivered to the installation process was quick efficient and seamless. All this at a cost that was lower than Costco or Best Buy.
