Went in to get all 4 tires and some other things done. They were very kind and helpful. They price matched for me with no problem. And only took about 2 hours from start to finish. Definitely will be my go to for my car needs.

We’ve been having Goodyear Rte 1 in Fredericksburg, Virginia service out two cars for 3 1/2 years now. We are very happy with them. Fair and honest. Very competent and expert mechanics and technicians. Their Customer Service personnel are outstanding… so helpful and accommodating.

Honestly the best service I have ever had. Had a fast leak in my tire and I called and spoke to Beverly. She was friendly and so informative. I came in and they took care of me. I would come back here for any car needs just because of how kind and personable Beverly was.

Our car was having overheating issues, and we pulled up right as the shop was closing. Keith went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot the problem despite the time. He let us wait in the ac and gave us water while we waiting for the car to cool down. Thankfully it was a simple fix of a broken cap and low fluids. He topped us off which allowed us to get to the parts store for a new cap. We were incredibly impressed with everyone's kindness and professionalism and will absolutely be returning to them for future service.

This Goodyear location has ALWAYS been amazing. I conveniently work next door at the Starbucks and this location has always been so accommodating. Once I blew a tired right at the light and they were able to squeeze me in while I was working that day. This most recent time, something happened while I was driving into work and I was able to run over to them and hand them everything I needed and return to work. The new store manager Tony has been an incredible addition to this location. Beverly was always welcoming when I came to ask about my car (it was there for a total of 4 days) Ken, who worked on my vehicle was beyond amazing, even walking the short distance across the parking lot of physically speak with me about my car. And that really helped with the anxiety of waiting to see if something was really messed up with my car. This location always seems prepared when it comes to last minute fixes, always finding room to accommodate any issues and anyone.

I cannot say enough about the care and support received by the Goodyear team in Cosner’s Corner! Each interaction with Goodyear-from online scheduling to final receipt- exceeded my expectations. Keith, Ken, and my amazing female mechanic were empathetic to my vehicle needs and empowering. Tires were evaluated and replaced- all in under two hours. It's New Year Day needed help with my taxi was on the road far from home they were one of the few mechanic shops open they diagnosed the problem with my van went way above board to get the parts excellent service friendly people and they came through and were a lifesaver to get me fixed and back on the road Thank you for the Ten Star service

I was about to head out my driveway to go to work, then I noticed my air pressure light was on in the car, I just thought it was low because it was chilly that morning, then I went to put the car in drive and...sure enough, I had a flat on my front driver side. So I got the jack and some other tools, and proceeded to put the spare (donut) on. Went to make some calls, and they were the only people to get me an appointment. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes! Joey was very helpful explaining to me about each tire series, and is very knowledgeable about his craft. Excellent service which made me schedule another appointment to get my other tires replaced, here are a couple of pictures I took to anyone who needed a better visual. They even had a nice little waiting area!
