I would like to say that I'm VERY impressed with the speed and the quality of the service! Last time I went to change my oil I had to wait about 4 hours and this time you had such a group of service warriors helping us in line and then when the doors opened it was done one by one and I was able to leave after 50 mins. I congratulated everyone I saw and wanted them to know that this new setup to go in line to check with the customers and prep the orders before the doors open on Saturday is a HUGE success. Keep up with the GREAT job you guys are doing!! VERY VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

Gary helped my husband and I get a great deal on our new vehicle. Long story short someone totaled our car on the way to the hospital, and getting a new car was not in the plans. By the grace of God, we landed at Chevrolet and everyone there was exceptionally understanding with our issue and wasn’t there to just sell but to help us out. I came from the Cadillac dealership for a tire repair. After 2 hours the service advisor told me that I need new tires. I agreed and asked about the patch on the tire because it was going to be 3 days before the new tires came in. She advised me that I was good to go. Half way home my low tire pressure light came on again for the same tire. After returning home I called and was told that my tire was not repairable. SOMETHING THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP!! So I canceled my order for tires and went elsewhere Had I known that my tire was not repaired I would have left the vehicle and got a rental. Instead I had to miss a days work, get my vehicle towed because the tire was completely flat and Cadillac does no carry a spare.

This was my first time at/working with Radley Chevrolet. Sara answered the phone and was wonderful and helpful. When I arrived Bobby was ready to help me. Bobby was great! He went above and beyond for me as a customer. I can't thank him enough. I recommend Bobby, Sara and Radley Chevrolet to anyone for purchasing a new or used vehicle! I hope my car last a long time but I would say they have gained a new customer!

Beyond impressed with how this dealership worked for me. Sara over there is a ALL STAR and anyone would be blessed to have her help. Bobby(Bobbie) idk the spelling, was working directly with me as well and was nothing but helpful and such an easy person to work with. The team absolutely killed it. My truck broke down as I was traveling. I called your dealership. Vickie Kooks answered the phone, she was able to get me right in to look at my truck. Vickie was able to locate my part and had me back on the road the next day. your shuttle driver was very nice as he took me to my hotel. I do like that service you provide. It was a great experience overall. I cannot say enough about your dealership.

When I scheduled my appointment I was told that they do walk ins and it wasn't necessary to schedule an appointment in advance. When I got there I waited 3 hours for an oil change. I discovered that you all do take appointments and that they just have to be scheduled in advance. This was not communicated properly. Then, I asked the lady who was working at the service center to make sure they rotate the tires, change the oil and also the low tire pressure light was not reading accurately. I told her I would be waiting in the facility. When they called me down to tell me my car was ready I asked the same lady if there was any issues. She replied no.. and went with me to check to make sure the low pressure light was turned off. When I got in the car I checked to make sure the tires were rotated and discovered they were not. I went back into the store after waiting for three hours and told the lady they did not rotate my tires. She looked suprised. I told her I knew this because I marked them. When I finally talked with 2 other service men.. they explained to me that the reason why my tires were not rotated was because there was a nail in the back tire..and anytime they have an issue they don't rotate the tires. At this point I'm upset. Why wasn't I told this when I originally asked. It honestly would not have been a big deal if I was communicated this. I would have never known this until I checked the tire myself.. It was such an inconvenient way to spend my Monday. All of this could have been avoided with simple communication. Also.. the manager Paul offered to put the tire on with no labor cost.. but I'm just annoyed with the whole experience. Usually they do better... but I'm not sure what was going on.

My husband and I were traveling to Florida from New Jersey when our check engine light when on. We carefully drove until we reached Fredericksburg. We found Radley Chevrolet and took a chance early in the morning that they would be able to help us. Sure enough, they gave us VIP treatment, diagnosing us right away and ensuring that the 4 hour job would be done ASAP so we could continue on our journey. They even offered to drive us somewhere to get breakfast since we had a long wait. It's been a long time since any business has provided such amazing customer service! If we ever moved to the area, we know that Radley would forever be our dealer of choice. A truly great place with wonderful professional staff members.

Keith, Jonathan in financing, Adam the manager, and all the guys up at Radley are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Radley and their employees were knowledgeable and willing to help in every way possible and have honored and kept their word in every way and I’m a very satisfied customer! Keith was amazing. Him being there is a major reason I would come back to purchase another car.
