I was in contact with a salesman about a specific vehicle for a couple of days and was told to call to apply for the auto loan over the phone (I live out of state). I realized I could apply on their website and filled out all the necessary information late March 12. On March 13 the salesman contacted me and said he had gotten the approval for the loan but the car I wanted had sold the previous day. So he took it upon himself to run my credit SIX times on a vehicle that I did NOT want without my permission and then got an attitude when I told him I did not want the vehicle he had chosen. I would NEVER buy anything from such a corrupt business.

Was purchasing a truck and my insurance company was closed. I was going to leave$1000.00 Deposit and pick up the truck on our way back to MI. Not 1,2,3,it was 4 or 5 time's the salesman told us we could take it that day. Were we sure we didn't want to take it right away? He could get us an approval and get everything done so we could take it. He could have it ready if we wanted. Etc. I explained I wanted to contact our insurance company in MI to make sure we had the correct insurance because of the MI no fault law. He continued telling us how he could get it to take that day. After the 3rd time I didn't expect him to push for that evening especially since we were writing a $1000.00 deposit. When he said he could let us take it that night again we left. I said my sugar was dropping. Really my blood pressure was getting high because of trying to be pressured to take it that night. . I would not have left that much of a deposit and walked away! I said I'd contact him tomorrow with the information but decided after we left there will be another opportunity to purchase elsewhere.
