Super nice guy each time I contacted either by text or spoke with in the phone. I needed a dance floor for an outdoor wedding. There was some confusion the day of the event, he planned to bring the floor the NEXT day. Owner did rectify that and got the floor here as promised. The dance floor was pretty beat up which bothered me a little, but not terribly. The two gentlemen that brought it got it together fairly quickly. BUT the floor came apart as soon as people started dancing. I stepped in the gaps and nearly fell more than once. When they came to pick it up, they did not let me know they were coming, I heard a loud noise, came out to see them leaving. The noise? It was their truck running over my little footbridge made for the bride to walk over a small culvert, and breaking it. They did not stop to see what they ran over. MULTIPLE people in trucks, including Caterer, delivery of tables and chairs and the DJ drove past that little bridge and didn't run it over. In summary, nice guy, prompt service as promised but poor quality product and expensive for what I got, no apologies or even acknowledgement of my property damage.
