When they say read the fine print.. they really mean read the fine print when you buy a car. I bought a Chevrolet Traverse back in May and I felt some type of way of buying but I see a car as a necessity and not luxury. Anyways I bought it and 2 nights later I got a message on my dashboard saying “shift to park”. I looked it up on google and it seemed to bring a problem among the 2019 traverses and found a way around it as in I was fine to do some maneuvers to get the message off. End of august comes “surprise” my check engine light is on and I take it in and wasn’t told there would be a charge but hey I get it’s 2022 everyone needs to get paid techs, support system..the warehouse won’t run without pay but wish a bit more communication in the beginning. Adam DID give me a very generous discount(which I’m thankful for) but not without making uncomfortable comments.. and in my view were rude.… “we don’t do it for free just so you can take it somewhere” etc. but Sir, I don’t have $600 dollars to fix my problem let alone $160 just to take it home with the issue unsolved. In the end warranty ended at 36,000 miles and now I have to pay out of pocket. Though I thought the power train system warranty would cover it. Maybe do lots of research and read the entire contract before getting a used vehicle.

Going there for 20 plus years and have always had great service. This visit was just for an oil change. I was quoted a time and it was exactly done a little sooner. I was also kept informed several times on the progress. The car was delivered with new oil and a car wash. I would recommend this dealership highly to get your car serviced.

I have a peace of mind now knowing more about how my car is made and how the manufacture intended for it to drive being that it's a 140 horsepower car and knowing the symptoms that I was feeling on the car is just a reflection of how the car was made. This is my first new car so still getting used to how it drives. The service here was excellent!! Quick turnaround also. Adam and Jessie helped me during this visit this time. My AC was recharged, my AC is now working and despite the front end accident damage, they were still able to replace my headlight. I am so happy with this experience. Kudos to the team at Pohanka Chevrolet Chantilly, I will definitely be recommending you all to other people.

Customer service was EXCELLENT!!!!! Was I greeted by Raihan faizi as I was looking at the car outside in parking lot from dealership I was interested in a car they had just got 2 days before I came there silver 2018 Hyundai Elantra with 12k miles I wasn’t expecting leave dealership same day with my first new car !!!!! The financing was really good they help me get good monthly car note that fits my budget I didn’t want car note higher than $350 they worked with me get my car note to $336 for 60 months & financing manager Mr.Chinn was excellent he help me understand everything gap , oil change etc…. treated me was kindness & definitely felt welcomed I was at this place for bout 3 hours or so but it’s was worth the wait !!!!! I would definitely recommend this dealership start to finish was excellent

I was in search of a specific equinox, and found what I was looking for at Pohanka Chevrolet online. I called on Saturday morning, and spoke to Juan our salesman, and he was wonderful from the time he picked up the phone and we were talking. He worked with me as far as getting me to the payments I needed to be at, and we made the 3 hour trip from Pennsylvania to Virginia to get my car. Once we arrived we were greeted by Juan, and the whole staff there was super friendly! It made the 3 hour drive so worth it. I would definitely go back and do business with them in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I wanted to thank the Pohanka Service teams - specifically Bryant Burrill, who continue to represent the Pohanka brand with personable integrity and positivity! While there are many choices for servicing dealers, I have enjoyed my nearly ten year relationship with Pohanka and Corvette Master Technician Donny. A recent purchase from Texas caused some anxiety - knowing I had to trust that the photos and descriptions matched the sellers descriptions. After arranging transport and delivery, Bryant and team happily took receipt from the trailer and ran this rare 25th Anniversary Pace Car Edition Corvette through a rigorous check! When Bryant called to say it was in 100% perfect running order and ready for pickup, I breathed a sign of relief. Two things jump out here. 1. Service 2. Integrity Service. I had a great experience working with Juan from the sales department and Mike from management. I had been spending 3weeks trading emails and scouting the dealership websites across the East coast looking for a Silverado 3500 with the options I wanted and under a price that I wanted to spend. Lastly they offered what I was looking to get for my trade in. Juan was able to find the truck I was in the market for, while it was still in a “in-transit” status.
