I visited today to get my car inspected and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! I had never been previously, but had decided to give them a try as other places advised the wait time was 4 hours for an inspection. I don’t usually rant and rave but this shop deserves it. I have never been to another mechanic shop in my life that is more honest, professional, and does such exceptional work. Chris is kind, always goes above and beyond, and has an unparalleled knowledge of cars. He is extremely fair and upfront with pricing and he is a perfectionist. All the work is done to the highest standards and he always uses the highest quality parts. I can promise you, you will not regret trusting Chris with whatever work needs to be done. On top of everything else, if you have a Miata he knows every single bolt on that car for every year, down to the smallest of details. JB and his team, identified the problem on my f30 335i quickly and gave a reasonable price for parts and labor (Valve body gasket replacement). The job was done correctly in a short period of time! I have a peace of mind now knowing more about how my car is made and how the manufacture intended for it to drive being that it's a 140 horsepower car and knowing the symptoms that I was feeling on the car is just a reflection of how the car was made. This is my first new car so still getting used to how it drives. The service here was excellent!! Quick turnaround also. Adam and Jessie helped me during this visit this time. My AC was recharged, my AC is now working and despite the front end accident damage, they were still able to replace my headlight. I am so happy with this experience. Updating my review from a previous visit where there was some miscommunication on scheduling. I received a call soon after and was seen by Galen the Owner. Galen and the team did a phenomenal job diagnosing my vehicle and giving me detailed feedback during my visit. I was referred to the shop by a friend who has been going there for years and has only said great things about them. I highly recommend the shop, definitely one of the best shops around.
