Let me begin by saying Nick S. was a fantastic salesperson. Extremely friendly, patient and worked with each department of the dealership to ensure my complete satisfaction... Including well after the initial sale. Mgr. Prince Addy and Mr Johnson in service were also instrumental in making sure any concern was resolved to my satisfaction. I can recommend this dealership with confidence. I was given a very fair value on my Mercedes trade in as well. ~J

I visited today to get my car inspected and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! I had never been previously, but had decided to give them a try as other places advised the wait time was 4 hours for an inspection. I have a peace of mind now knowing more about how my car is made and how the manufacture intended for it to drive being that it's a 140 horsepower car and knowing the symptoms that I was feeling on the car is just a reflection of how the car was made. This is my first new car so still getting used to how it drives. The service here was excellent!! Quick turnaround also. Adam and Jessie helped me during this visit this time. My AC was recharged, my AC is now working and despite the front end accident damage, they were still able to replace my headlight. I am so happy with this experience. Updating my review from a previous visit where there was some miscommunication on scheduling. I received a call soon after and was seen by Galen the Owner. Galen and the team did a phenomenal job diagnosing my vehicle and giving me detailed feedback during my visit. I was referred to the shop by a friend who has been going there for years and has only said great things about them. I highly recommend the shop, definitely one of the best shops around.
