Sales manager was the best!! I bought a used car and the price was the best in the area, and no hidden fees!! No games. They were very professional and explained my trade in and was fair. Sales associate was nice and financing once again no hidden fees and I was out the door withing 1/2 hour. Great experience!!!

Their new automated process for checking your car repair progress and focus on customer service has paid off. Let me begin by saying Nick S. was a fantastic salesperson. Extremely friendly, patient and worked with each department of the dealership to ensure my complete satisfaction... Including well after the initial sale. Mgr. Prince Addy and Mr Johnson in service were also instrumental in making sure any concern was resolved to my satisfaction. I can recommend this dealership with confidence. I was given a very fair value on my Mercedes trade in as well.

I have been going to the Mercedes Benz of Chantilly location ever since I bought my car. The reason is because I have the best advisor and always get perfect customer service. I would give MILTON our advisor 10 stars out of 5 if I could! He is truly the best advisor ever. I would really recommend him to everyone who owns a Mercedes. I won’t even consider going to other Mercedes locations because Milton in the Chantilly location provides excellent customer service each time. He is so kind and makes each visit very efficient and easy. He responds quickly, makes sure that everything is ready for our visit, and that everything was taken care of properly. Mr Wesley Chen provided excellent service. Great communication, consistently informing me with status while vehicle being manufactured and processed. Throughout the process he was very upfront and transparent. Painless process when time came to pickup vehicle. We were out of there in less than 1 hour. He also was on point with follow up and shared some important information regarding 4x4 use. This was not first time dealing with Chantilly location and for sure won’t be the last.

Latest Update: After I reviewed on our experience with the dealer, the Customer Experience Manager reached out immediately, and helped us set up an appointment that's on a much sooner date than what we were given. The conflict was handled and resolved timely. The crew has been professional. It took them some time to diagnose the issue with the vehicle. But instead of telling us there was nothing found, they reached out and invited us to a ride-along and let us show them how and where we experienced the issue. ------------------------------------------------------------------ We visited the dealership twice, and we had horrible experiences with the same associate both times. First time, we dropped off our vehicle for diagnostics, and she told us our warranty has expired and none of the issues found would be covered. We know for sure that we still have a few months left and insisted. She checked again impatiently and we were right. Second time, we called to make an appointment, and at the time of drop-off she told us no appointment was made under our names. and told us if we need a loaner car, we'll need to come back a month later. When we requested more details regarding the expiration date of our warranty, she impatiently told us "75,000 miles". Seriously? Is 75,000 miles the only criteria to determine whether the warranty is expired nowadays? If she think she can simply answer any questions without research or knowledge, she apparently needs training. If she believes some profiles of clients do not deserve her service, she needs to be removed from a client facing role.

The best service coordinator, Freddy, that we’ve ever had. I felt confident when he offered to assist to our difficult part replacement for my GLE63 S , which could cost us thousands of dollars. He is very friendly and polite person who took care of us from A to Z. And the Chantilly location has the best team in VA. Definitely going back there for any issues with my car.
