I had a great experience in purchasing a 2016 Explorer from William Gray! I live 1.5 hours away and when I called, he located the vehicle & sent a number of photos of it to me before I made the drive there. When I arrived and did a test drive, the vehicle was everything he said it was & more. During the purchase Mr. Gray was honest, informative and easy to work with. Alia was the best at keeping me apprised of progress during my custom Bronco ordering process. And she responded quickly (at all hours!) to my random inquiries. There was never a high pressure sales moment, and the dealership honored the original pricing from when I ordered my Bronco back in 2021. I've got to give a shoutout to Tony as well, who handled my paperwork and financing questions. He went at just the right pace, so I could understand everything I was signing, without turning it into a long, arduous ordeal. Great experience overall. I’ll post again, or update this review based on how my experience develops with their service department. As for sales: 5 out of 5 stars.

When buying a new car, Recommend Chantilly Ford. Hands downs they bent over backwards to ensure a surprise car for my wife’s birthday was delivered to a restaurant and waited to ensure satisfaction. Will was great to work with during purchase in and out of dealership in under 2 hours.

Was concerned about selecting Ted Britt for service based on some poor reviews. Overall, I'm satisfied. The coolant was slightly overfilled after a service, but easily adjusted. My F-150 has been serviced since I purchased it by Ford. Surprisingly the records are not available directly from one dealer to another. Thus the service history was not available to them. Many of the recommended services I declined because they have already been done. Keep you records! I really appreciate Terry Doyle, my new service rep. See you soon for the next service.

We just had an outstanding experience buying a new Hybrid F150 at Ted Britt. Our salesperson, Robert, had just the demeanor we were looking for - straightforward, knowledgeable, very willing to answer questions (and find out the answer quickly if he did not know) and not pushy at all. We were also able to reach a fair price and trade in with both sides compromising to find a satisfactory outcome. It was one of the smoothest, most anxiety free car buying experience I have ever had and I have buying cars for over 40 years. Well done Robert and Ted Britt.

My family and I decided to take the plunge and have a full size truck again. Tedd Britt Ford made a diffraction from the get go. William did a great job with our test drive and very quickly became my wife's best experience buying a vehicle ever. David was awesome!!! He was very helpful and attentive from the start. I just called and really didn’t even know if I was going to purchase but David gave all the details about the vehicle and was very open and honest about the truck so much so that I called him back after my inquiry and headed to the dealership and he was there waiting and attentive all the more. I really appreciate him going over and beyond to try and offer me savings on the vehicle based on if there were other options so that I can save more money although this truck was heaven sent and actually a steal. Everyone there was great. Finances were great and had excellent warranty options that you could not refuse. If i am interested in buying another vehicle. I’m calling David Ford and heading to Tedd Britt Ford of Chantilly. Although I live far way. It was definitely worth the drive. Thanks!!!!!!

Customer Service was fine, customer experience was poor. I’ve taken my new F-150 to Ted Britt Chantilly twice- once for a 5000 mile minor maintenance and once for 10000 mile minor maintenance. On the first visit, everything seemed fine. But a couple weeks after the service, they called me back and told me the service was actually never performed. Good on them for being honest! But really, to send a vehicle out and paid for and the service not done is a little concerning - plus the hassle of bringing in again- but they did deliver to my home once complete so thank you. Second visit, made appointment for Thursday, dropped vehicle off Wednesday evening - saying no hurry, but want the vehicle back Thursday (probably a mistake on my part). Called a couple times - “pretty soon sir”- well…end of day truck not done. I ask “when should I expect on Friday..?” Answer: we can’t say, we’re really busy. Not helpful. If they were too busy to accept Thursday appointment just say so…don’t hold my truck hostage. Was finally able to pick up Friday afternoon after multiple calls. Not a great experience, but everyone was nice about the fact that they had no control over anything. Made me wonder who is in control /QA up there? Thanks for the opportunity to comment.

I had an amazing experience buying my first Ford from Ted Britt Chantilly. My salesman, Herman Pareja, couldn’t have been better. He was so friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. No matter how many times I called or emailed him with questions (which was a lot!) or asked about the status of my Bronco, he always responded quickly. I received pictures within minutes of it being delivered to the lot and he made the finance process so easy. He made sure I was completely satisfied at every step and even sent video of the truck being loaded up for shipping. Weeks later, he’s still sending me helpful videos on my new Bronco and checking in to make sure I haven’t had any issues. 5 star customer service from start to finish with Herman!

Excellent experience. Easy to make the appointment online and the response time was in minutes. Everyone was helpful. There was a great attitude of people helping each other out. My sales person was David Ford and he was able to answer all my questions and talk me through the options available. He also gave me time to think about my choices. I did not feel rushed or pressured which I appreciated. I am looking forward to my continuing contact with this dealership and my new car.
