Paul Obaugh Ford did a FANTASTIC job getting my new XL Ford Maverick as quickly as possible. I took my kia there for a oil change and they were pretty nice. The staff answered all my questions, were helpful a lot. My car was ready to go in no time.I was able to drop my car off one night before, which was great and next day the car was ready at 9 am. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am!!! Awesome place, I recommend!!!

Easy process. The sales person Ron Hartlaub was honest, clear in his explanations and on top of my process. He stayed in close communication as we were tracking the progress of this van being built and shipped. My first experience with this dealership and first new car purchase in over 15 years. I had a great experience at Obaugh Ford. My sales rep Justin Bowers was amazing, he took extra time to cover my purchase and everything else needed to get it done. He took the time to take me around the dealership and introduce me to the parts department, service department, rental department, and finance to make sure I met the people who worked in those areas to make sure I knew who they were to give me a more personal experience for when I came back to do any service needed. I really appreciate the team there as they made it a personal experience and made you feel like family.

Didn't find what I wanted at a different dealership and pasted by this one. Went in to see their truck selection and was greeted with authentic, honest people. I worked directly with Mike to find a certified used F150 and love my truck. Mike was very knowledgeable, cordial, and helpful in the process.
