Brett was more than helpful when we visited and made sure we knew all available options to make our experience quick and easy. I’ll definitely be returning in the near future as we’re undergoing a house renovation! Not to mention the store was clean and Brett was dressed for success.

Woman who represented the company was not very friendly. When I asked why it was 239.00 to deliver 20 miles she rolled her eyes and said you can pick it up in Roanoke. Well..if I can’t get it from Staunton, how will I get it from Roanoke? Not helpful at all. I will not return to any Ashley store.

Brett was amazing. He was upfront and honest that he was new, but I wouldn’t have known it had he not told me. He answered all my questions quickly and honestly and I did not feel pressured at all when we were looking at mattresses. I love the Tempurpedic breeze. It’s SO COOL.

I generally find furniture shopping really stressful and wasn't happy when mom wanted to get a couple things, but it was easy here! Lots of selection, good prices, and I felt really comfortable taking my time deciding what worked for us. Jeff was especially helpful and I'd recommend seeking him out if you need help. I am definitely coming back here when mom needs her next piece of furniture. Wish you guys were closer to my house!
