I work for Staunton city sanitation and we’ve always stopped here for our break to grab drinks and to use the bathroom, now they tell us we can’t use the bathroom. DO NOT GO HERE! Is this how we treat our city workers???? ~Hbeach

I was quite surprised with the amount of merchandise they are having, considering there are supply issues at the moment in the country. Store was neat and clean. Staff was friendly. This is the place to go for great gifts. ~Monika

Nice place nice people went in to get my usual name brand for colors. They didnt have ion i got steered into artic fox. I dont recommend artic fox. Its a mess it comes out and turning everythang blue. The ion prupl doesnt do that or nor does any ion product. Will not buy artic fox again. Waste of money ~Andrew

Love all of rustic warehouse 72 pieces. Has a great eye and such unique pieces! Wonderful prices and so easy to work with. Very helpful and has even went out of their way to find me special pieces for our new home. Highly recommend! ~Matthew

Had an Amazon return. The gentleman helping me said you're good to go. I asked, "If I may have the receipt". It seemed like it ended his world to print the receipt. He said "It is not a good tracking number you know. It just means you returned it." Good piece of information but thanks for letting me know that abrasively and abruptly. I dread going to this location. I wish there were better-trained customer service staff working here. ~Ankita

The people here are awesome. I was at a loss when printing my wedding invitations and they saved the day. They also gave me a bit of advice that I will be following from now on: If you're doing custom invitations go to a printing company and buy the sheets of paper they have there and then having them print your designs. It will save you money and headache :) ~Elizabeth

Bless that poor driver. He handed me my pizzas with a smile. The pizzas were barely warm because they left the store more than an hour before. We're 10 minutes from the store. I was given a delivery time of 55-67 minutes. My pizzas arrived almost exactly 2 hours from when I placed the order. I called and was told that they are very sorry but they only have 1 delivery driver. As a formed food service worker, I never leave bad reviews. After reading all of the reviews similar to mine I felt the need. This restaurant is severely understaffed and I question the choice to continue taking orders that consistently they are unable to fill in a timely manner. And based on the reviews this is an ongoing problem. ~Katie

Stopped in at this Sheetz as we were traveling from PA to Atlanta. It is conveniently located off the highway. This store is smaller, but has everything you need. Also, it was a bit disorganized and kind of dirty, which is very abnormal for Sheetz. If you have a Tesla, there are plenty of charging stations. ~Chris
