Live 5 minutes out from this store. Waited for over an hour and a half for a one topping pizza. Driver was “on the way” for 30 of those minutes. Not sure if they were using map quest or are just directly challenged even though the address provided comes up easily. Luke warm upon arrival. Horrible customer service. Better off going somewhere else.

4 out of 5 past delivery orders were missing items and were incorrect. 1 time they sent the driver to delivery the correct order. The other times they said they couldn’t do anything/ I’d have to drive to the store. If you are messing up this much just offer refunds and let me keep the food. Won’t order here again.

Bless that poor driver. He handed me my pizzas with a smile. The pizzas were barely warm because they left the store more than an hour before. We're 10 minutes from the store. I was given a delivery time of 55-67 minutes. My pizzas arrived almost exactly 2 hours from when I placed the order. I called and was told that they are very sorry but they only have 1 delivery driver. As a formed food service worker, I never leave bad reviews. After reading all of the reviews similar to mine I felt the need. This restaurant is severely understaffed and I question the choice to continue taking orders that consistently they are unable to fill in a timely manner. And based on the reviews this is an ongoing problem.

So I just have to drop on and edit this review because of the man who was working on Tuesday I'm sorry I didn't get your name but you were working alone my mom was craving pizza so we called in an order and it was the best pizza we've gotten from this location in a long time which is saying alot about this nice guy who was working solo out order was correct and delicious and he didn't complain at all.... Old review we went here to get pizza usually it's decent tonight however was a different story ordered two the works and one bacon pizza one of the works had everything on it the other one had alota olives but no meat of any kind a hunk of green pepper and nothing else does this look like a the works pizza and multiple people were working who continued to complain but couldn't get our order correct

Don’t order from them, they delivered our pizza after calling and asking for directions, we called driver to find out where he was and the driver said he left it at a shed, there was no house and there were no cars, they won’t answer their phone at the store, can’t talk to anyone to get your money back, called numerous times, left on hold twice for over 10 minutes they have very poor customer service, Domino’s didn’t have any problems finding us!!

This Papa John’s location has not disappointed. When ordering delivery, it comes within a decent time and hot. Ordered carry-out and the pizza was hot and delicious. Employees friendly and helpful. Will continue to be a customer. Side note: ended up stuck in the parking lot and the two employees inside helped get the car unstuck without being asked.

I had the most horrible experience tonight I have EVER had in my whole life at ANY place of business. I will never ever order here again. The one man that answered my call was ignorant and disrespectful and had absolutely no customer service. My husband made me take him there and tell them we are not picking our order up because of that employee. He acted ghetto and argued with me about his actions. I cannot believe that papa johns allows people like that to be employed and earn a paycheck. I am actually embarrassed about my own actions becoming so angry and hurt about how I was talked to and treated that I had to be a little loud because of how insulted I am.

So...ordered a pizza last week from Papa John's in Staunton. It took a while, and it was standard Papa John's. Pretty much what I expected. Their delivery email told me it would about an hour. No big deal. Never complained, because they were up front about the delivery time. Today, I got a coupon in the mail from them for a free pizza, because the delivery time wasn't up to their standards. Thanks, folks. It's not often that a company just makes it right, without any prompting. Especially seeing that staffing is hard right now, it is refreshing. I'll take you up on that free pizza, and probably order from you more often.
