Margaret was amazingggg! She was so helpful & kind. We definitely had a particular style in mind and she helped me so much. She showed us designs on her laptop and walked around the store with us. She truly listened to our thoughts, concerns, and wants.. and I’m walking out knowing that our living room set and lamps will be delivered to our house! Thank you!! (& happy early birthday again. 😌) oh, and we’re coming back for that bedroom set!

Marty the store manager was amazingly accommodating today. I went shopping with a friend who needed lots of advice and has a difficult dimension room. Marty asked so many of the right questions and realized what my friend was interested in buying would not work for her room. We so appreciate her expertise and sound logic. Instead, she told her to take pictures of the room, dimensions of where the furniture would and the pieces which would remain and she would help design and find the perfect furniture for her.

My wife and I have been looking for a sectional or large sofa to help my father in law after he had knee replacement surgery. He wouldn't be able to visit without a better place to rest and recover. Margaret at the Waynesboro Ashley store was lovely, helping us check out the various types of couches, giving us a lot of information about how long they will last, features, pricing, measurements, and even sourcing of where the parts and labor come from. It took a while for us to find the right piece for us, but we ended up choosing an awesome couch from Ashley thanks to the time and patience of Margaret. We had a wonderful time shopping here!

I ordered two bedroom suites. The mirror took 8 months to get here and it was broken. I waited 3 months and stopped in to inquire when my media chest would arrive. They had no record of it. Then told me they remembered me buying the one off the floor and I took it home. I convinced them to refund my money. Hour later they called and said they found it in the warehouse in Roanoke. They would knock off $300. So I putting the legs on it and one of the holes has a gold metal ball jammed in it. There should be 2 holes like the others have. This is very heavy expensive furniture and they need to do better.

She ask me if I’m looking for something & made it clear that she’s there whenever I need anything or even to answer my questions. Marty is very informative, accommodating & helpful. I feel welcomed. The store was huge & had a great selections. The place is clean & spacious as well, I didn’t see any issues for me even though I’m just browsing. Ashley Waynesboro is a go to store for furniture shopping. I would like to go back again whenever I can.
