I'd like to acknowledge the facts that when I asked two of the associates for two separate things one of them went away out of their way knowing that they were already out of stock of the item but just in case they went to the very back and looked to see if there was any overstock I thought that was very thoughtful being that they were already quite busy and the other cashier whom I seen there quite often and every time I go there they're as always very polite and personable. They as well went out of their way to actually take me to place other than just pointing all the way across the store and giving me a roundabouts to where I might find what I was looking for, instead they took me to the exact place. Very much appreciated. Other than The entire store having random places I can almost guarantee on every aisle where someone had already taken product and left the showings behind of what was or little pals of what they were planning on getting or decided not to and random places throughout the whole store totally understandable because of the extreme demand throughout the store looking for help. I don't blame the few associates for that because being short-handed kind of leaves some of your battles left for another day but hospitality and actually having the product on hand was great!!! Lesson a block and a half down the street a brand new Walmart store there always out of product so it was very reassuring to see the shows were very full with everything that I would have purchased there but all in all actually maybe even saved a few pennies here and had a way better experience thanks a lot. ~Michelle

Since I made contact for a move from NC to VA, Robin and her team have been very professional and very responsive. So first off the sandwiches are over the top they use the best of boar's Head meats and cheeses not to mention that every day the bread is baked fresh and absolutely get your money's worth as far as quality and meat on each sandwich and if the ones that they have that are their specialties aren't enough you can make your own sandwich and turn it into a salad It's absolutely fantastic It's a must go to not to mention they have picnic tables all the way around the store so you and your family can stop whether you were in town as a local on a break from work or on a family trip off of interstate It's a all-in-one kind of place and the people are fantastic!!!! ~Michelle

I ordered two bedroom suites. The mirror took 8 months to get here and it was broken. I waited 3 months and stopped in to inquire when my media chest would arrive. They had no record of it. Then told me they remembered me buying the one off the floor and I took it home. I convinced them to refund my money. Hour later they called and said they found it in the warehouse in Roanoke. They would knock off $300. So I putting the legs on it and one of the holes has a gold metal ball jammed in it. There should be 2 holes like the others have. This is very heavy expensive furniture and they need to do better. ~Jay

Incompetency is bad for business, they don’t keep their word and can’t even deliver, which is their only job. Management is helpless. Twice now, they’ve failed to deliver my freight after intentionally scheduling with them over the phone the previous day. So I had to drive to waynesboro and pick up the order myself, twice. To make things worse, the first time this happened, they tried double billing me and I had to deal with unsolicited phone calls for days on end. What a joke. ~Ethan

Pharmacy technician Angela at the Neighborhood Marketplace on broad in Waynesboro is the worst. She is rude and speaks to people as if we are wasting HER time. If she does not like working with the public, she needs a new job. Have had numerous encounters with her and everytime I want to scream! She is a miserable person who has no idea how to work with the public! ~Angel

In my experience, the customer service provided by this branch is the best I've had. They make an effort to know you as a person, not just a customer. If I don't give it five stars it is simply because I don't think this bank is as accessible (having ATMs and more branches) as other banks. Nevertheless, if you don't plan on leaving the area much, or plan on just using your debit card, then this bank may work for you. Lastly, I got a chance to travel and test the security measures on the card. Indeed, the bank has a series of protection features to prevent any one else (or yourself when abroad) from accessing your account. ~Lio
