I work for Staunton city sanitation and we’ve always stopped here for our break to grab drinks and to use the bathroom, now they tell us we can’t use the bathroom. DO NOT GO HERE! Is this how we treat our city workers????

Looks like a scruffy little gas station on the outside, but their restrooms were clean, and the staff were all very friendly, and I think I met all of them over the course of days I was in town. They even have chocolate ice cream sandwiches!

I live on Ranson st and I used to go thwre daily until today. They lady qorking therw is the rudest and laziest person I have ever come across.Today she throwex my cig across counter to me. I ha ebeen I. There at 10pm ans shw wouldnt sell me cigarettes or lottery ticketbecauae she had already count them. The money my house hold spenda thwre a week there wont be no more until she is gone.

Half of the pumps will not work most of the time, the times they do they will not accept debit cards. I had to come in to prepay because of this and was commanded by the cashier to put a shirt on. I explained this would not have happened if her pumps were in working order, her response was less than polite. Terrible place.

More often than not the gas pumps don't print receipts. This evening I had to wait for several minutes because the cash register attendant was too busy smoking a cigarette outside and socializing. Terrible customer service always.
