US Cellular is an good company that will help you to pick the right phone just for you and tell you about the phone in detail as far as the camera, memory, ect but most of all I always have an good experience if I'm buying or just looking....

Horrible customer service. Takes advantage of long time customers. Allison Barr is HORRIBLE and does not know what she is doing. Store manager Steven mongold doesn’t listen or care about customers concerns. But will call customers liars.

Staff is amazing (especially Brittany, Store Manager) and bent over backwards to get our 2 phones and modem up and rolling. She went over and above to serve this difficult customer's needs. SO WORTH THE DRIVE TO MOOREFIELD !!!

We made an appointment on line for 2 pm on Wednesday. Drove 20 mins to Moorefield and found out that the store is closed on Wednesday. Pretty sloppy business to give appointments on days you are closed. Have dealt with U. S. Cellular since 2007 with good results. Was very disappointed today having driven to town solely for the phone appointment.

If you are getting a contract agreement then they can be an okay place to go but you're much better off getting a pay as you go straight talk phone because they will find a way at u.s. cellular to charge you more and if you have a pay-as-you-go US Cellular phone they refuse to have anything to do with or to help you in any way with paying your monthly requirement. It's ridiculous and backwards and there's no sense in it. I absolutely do not advise anyone to go there.
